Nicole was great! She got rid of the knots between my shoulder blades that I thought I'd never get rid of! So relaxing I actually fell asleep for awhile without realizing it!
Thank you surprise the price was so low. Will be back!

Amazing service every single visit! My masseuse, Nicole, is very experienced and knows exactly what areas to go over without me saying anything. Clean facility, nice ambience, and very relaxing. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality, well-priced massages, facials, and other spa services!

This place is a joke. Don't waste your money. The massage oil reminds me of canola oil chefs spray on their grills! Im already starting to break out! Rooms are tacky and not clean. Cheap closet doors in between rooms. Can hear loud chatter and wrap music in the barber shop next door. Dark colored sheets are suspicious Ladies doing the services were kind but obviously have no training. Reception ladies are so rude demanding a larger tip. Worst "spa" experience ever

Today i decided to go for massage at this Iris day spa Guildford location … I had some bad experiences before but just wanted to give them a chance so I went there … the lady who did my massage (Winnie) she was so unprofessional she used her elbow and put so much pressure on my back & on my neck that now I cant even move my neck properly it is hurting like anything she was hitting me with her elbow … I kept on asking her to stop but she kept on doing it I literally have to scream to STOP HER … I complained to the receptionist and Asked her to call the manager … I am pretty sure manager is not going to take any action. She literally HURT me! I’m going to take some serious action against her!

Horrible massage ever. She literally dont know what she was doing. She was just moving her hands around my legs without any pressure. It felt like she was just passing time. She left me 10 minutes early. When i complaint at the reception they were asking for a tip and said you can go. Thats so unprofessional, lack of communication, no apology for the poor service. I will never come to this place again.

Very professional massage. Rico was my masseuse. She doesn’t know at all what she wasdoing. Just doing random and unfinished steps. It was just applying oil and rubbing over skin. Will not recommend to anybody. I still paid full fee $45 for her hour service and told her it was not good. They asked me to go and did not address it.

Please do not take appointments if you do not have trained staff. People are usually relaxed during massage, but this inconsistent massage kept me annoyed tbrought one hour session.

It's okay, wasn't a fan of how much the person massaging me was moving around the room, and constantly putting things on the floor and picking them back up. Massage was weak and not consistent. Facial was okay, but I was left in the room with no massage while the mask was on.
When I told them that I don't carry cash in covid, they insisted they told me over the phone about cash only. Funny thing was, I didn't book the appointment, it was a gift.

Big Feet across the street is better value, has better customer service and the beds/chairs are much more comfortable.

Nicole and Angie are great. Place is kept very clean. Nice sheets and tables. Masks and hand sanitizer. Price can't be beat. Great spot to relax.

Charged me for full hour in advance the counter person in charge for payments said she had to leave early. The massage person only did 35 minutes. And deManding Tip I was seriously annoyed and left without a word. They are cheaters

Don't ever go to this place for a massage. You get what you pay for. They rush your massage and my husband and I were harrassed for tips.

I went for a couple massage today. It definitely was not worth what we paid. Half the time the lady's working on us would not even be in the room. When they were they either barely massaged us or just put the smalls pressure on one spot for 5 minutes. The package included hands and feet not once did they massage those area's. Then at the end they kept hounding for a tip which we gave them. And they called us cheap in their language. Definitely not going back and do not recommend anyone going here

No one knows English. Girl massages only upper back even though you tell her it’s your legs that have pain.

This was worst experience I’ve had at a spa for the price I’m not expecting a RMT massage but the lady I had some how made me more tense than when I went in then they had the audacity to be upset when I didn’t leave a tip here’s a tip train your staff and stop conning people

Now obviously you can’t be expecting a luxurious spa with all the little perks; but for the price of $40 you get a decent, relaxing and straightforward body massage for one whole hour! I was in the area and had some free time, so after hearing good reviews from relatives, I thought I’d ask if a walk in was available. The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite and friendly. The whole place was clean, warm, and they had nice music playing giving a very cozy and calm atmosphere. That’s just unheard of! I had Dana- she was very nice and professional and kept asking if I was okay which I liked. I was very iffy at first about feeling comfortable at a cheaper place like this but it actually ended up being great. I felt very comfortable, and will definitely be coming back to try the massage+facial. If you’re a low maintenance person who likes to be pampered every once in a while without feeling guilty for breaking the bank I would definitely give this place a try! Tip: if you have a room near the front desk, it can get a little noisy with the customers coming through the door, so if that’s important to you request a room near the back if possible.

I didn't make an appointment ahead of time so I called to ask if they accepted walkins. They said they did and were able to book me with a massage therapist immediately. I came in half an hour after the call.

I wasnt expecting much because it was so cheap, 40$/60m or 60$/90m, but I felt so relaxed.

Lei seems to really know what she's doing. Her English isn't that great but I was still able to understand what she was saying and vice versa. Shes friendly and is very attentive. I'm quite shy so I don't really like speaking up unless prompted. She was able to identify when I was uncomfortable and adjusted the pressure accordingly. Also asked me a couple times throughout the massage if the pressure was alright.

I'm visiting Vancouver for the first time and she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I'm definitely going to be coming back at least one more time to see her before I leave.
