I've been loving the prescription Maui Jim sunglasses I got and had wonderful assistance in selecting replacement lenses for my glasses.

They treat you like a family member, walk you through the entire process, do not push and fulfill the promises. Dr. Robert Mclaughlin, the optometrist, is knowledgeable, gentle and friendly. The prescription glasses were of a great quality, and the process of selecting a frame was fun. I can highly recommend this optical shop to anyone looking for great services, nice people and solid eye ware product.

Eye exam was professional with staff and dr McLaughlin. He answered all my questions and explained the results of the test very thoroughly.

Eva the manager was so helpful. While waiting for my eyes to dilate she picked some glasses I might like. She suggested to let her know when I was coming back to get glasses and she would arrange to help me. I called and she was very helpful in picking the right glasses to fit my face, and choosing the right color.

I have gone to cheaper places that offer 2 for 1 but I didn’t feel the service or staff matched all the staff at Langford Iris. I would definitely recommend Langford Iris;

Been going here for 8 years, very pleased with their service, but most impressed by how thorough they are when you have a issue, the doctor on site Dr. McLaughlin was so gentle and did all the testing to find the source of my problem, ended up having to be sent to see a neuro optometrist on his recommendation. I was completely impressed with the service of IRIS Optometrists in Langford. The customer service of Ewa was stupendous. She is personable and kind and made my visit so pleasant. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. McLaughlin informed me of things I had never heard before and made my decisions much easier. All around a super place to visit if you need an eye exam or more.

I can't say enough how amazing the staff are at this location. They go above and beyond to ensure our glasses are the right fit and prescription. They stand behind their customers to always ensure we are happy and it keeps me going back for everyone in our family.

I got my eyes checked at IRIS langford. The doctor and their staff Neha were really professional and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and neha explained me everything about the process while getting my eye checked. The doctor was very polite and genuine. Overall Excellent service!

I'm probably the most particularly particular customer ever! I chose my frames 14 years ago and love them so much, I never want to change them. However, when the manufacturer discontinued them and I needed to update my prescription, I was despondent. Ewa Drozdzel to the rescue! She custom-made my new frames to my exacting specifications. Incredible care and attention to detail. Customer for life!

Incredible service and spectacular quality. The entire team is so friendly, professional and competent. Nothing is rushed and our comfort and satisfaction really seemed paramount. They even seemed more intent on finding just the right frames for us than we were, even if though it meant having them to wipe down dozens of frames after we left. Best of all, both my wife and I have never been more satisfied with the prescription and fit from any glasses we’ve ever owned. Awesome teamwork folks!

We got new glasses from here last month. Really great customer service even let us take our new puppy in
(we were going to take turns sitting in the car with him). He came home with a toy too! Lol. And our glasses are a whole different quality than our last pairs! Thanks Leesha

I called ahead to ask if they do direct billing which they affirmed. When the time came to choose my frames, I wasn't presented with anything within my insurer's coverage. The optician assigned to me was dressed provocatively and tried to add extra charges without explaining them. She was judgmental I didn't want to pay above my coverage and presented me with only four frames all slightly above coverage. She proposed adding the new prescription on an previous frame I had to stay within coverage. When I agreed to this and went through the process, she tells me they don't do direct billing for just lenses even though the eye exam was. Now I have to wait until my insurer reimburses me. Estimated wait time is over 1 month. I don't recommend this optician but the optometrist seemed knowledgeable.

When I first got my glasses this amazing lady Leesha helped me pick out my glasses because I had never had them before and the first pair she chose are the ones I brought home and she just continues to help me, wether it’s getting my lenses cleaned or my glasses tightened she helps any way possible!

Not only was Leesha professional but she also took the time to help find the perfect pair of glasses for me.

I was not expecting to purchase my glasses within the same session as getting my eyes tested, but suddenly I found myself throwing my money at them without any hesitation. Really nice frame options. It was such a smooth process and had a great flow. I was kept busy during my entire visit, and felt very safe (covid friendly) and loved the personalized guidance and re-assurance in trying out frames. My sales associate was fluid and quick to figure out what style frame I was looking for and made suggestions that were exactly what I wanted. Ordering was easy and low pressure.explained options kept simple, no awkward technical jargon, and price options for add-on opportunity. Got my glasses less than 2 weeks later, had them fitted and was very pleased with my experience. Will definitely go back!

The ones working the front desk are always the most helpful and vibrant people, always there with the biggest smile to greet you. They were so very helpful to help me find the glasses I had been struggling to find, from the right style to the right colour, they helped me find my perfect glasses.
I’m in love with my glasses and I find them so comfortable and stylish.

I have been going to the Langford Iris location for several years now. The staff are very personable and work hard to ensure that your eyecare needs are met. I recently needed a new prescription. Because of the nature of this prescription, I was going to need a regular pair of glasses and also a set of prescription readers. As a way of saving me some money and keeping me with pair of glasses, it was suggested that I look at trifocal or transitional lenses. I tried the transitional lenses. They were not a good fit for me. Even after 2 weeks of trying to adjust to the lenses, I was constantly having difficulty finding focus and getting headaches throughout the day. When I called the store to explain my difficulty, they sheduled me the next day for a follow-up examp, free of charge, to ensure that the prescription was ok. The optometrist concluded that the prescription was fine, but that I was one of those people who can't handle transitional lenses. This is where the staff went above and beyond. Not only did they re-do my lenses to a regular lens, but they were able to help me find another pair of frames and get me a pair of prescription reading glasses for only a few dollars more than what I originally paid for the one pair of transitional glasses. I now have my two new pairs of glasses which have fabulous frames that suit my face have a wide viewing range. Thank you ladies! You went above an beyond to make sure that I was happy with my new frames and able to see properly through each lens. I look forward to many happy days seeing the world clearly again.
