Quality service provided by both the optometrist and front staff who were excellent at helping choose glasses.

I did not get a copy of my prescription and would like a better explanation shown on the budgetary estimate

I cannot say enough about Dr. Langer, Clara and the team at Iris. My husband had a stroke which impacted his vision. Dr. Langer was incredibly patient and creative in finding the right solution to improve his vision. We are so very grateful. Absolutely outstanding team work! I highly recommend them.

Everyone is great to deal with. We have made friends with some of the staff, which pretty much says it all.

I had a sudden issue with my eyesight that concerned me and when I called Clara, the manager, she got me in immediately and Dr. Langer saw me immediately as well. So I would say that I was treated better than I expected and my eyesight concerns were addressed professionally.

Lonnie and I both had top notch service from everyone at Dr Langer's office! Both Danika and Melissa were very kind and friendly instructing us on what to do and expect at the eye assessment machine, as well made us feel comfortable when answering any questions that we had. I was referred to Dr. Langer by a friend and the whole experience from booking the appointment to getting fit for glasses was very positive. All of my concerns were validated and addressed and Dr. Langer explained everything in detail and gave me his recommendations. The ladies made as much time as I needed to choose a frame and explained any 'add ons' that I might be interested in. All in all, a very pleasant and professional staff and I would easily recommend this office to any of my family and friends.

I arrived early from my appointment and was greeted quickly by 'Nicole'. Even though I arrived early for my appointment, Nicole proceeded to complete all the other eye exams that were required before my appointment with the Dr. I had a great eye exam with Dr. Langer. Dr. Langer completed a very thorough eye health and exam and provided me with good advice how to correct some vision issues that I was experiencing.

I came in awhile ago as my glasses were totally bent out of shape and one of the lenses had popped out. No other optometrists were open and I really needed them fixed before I flew back home the next day. There was a super sweet woman there who fixed them for me free of charge and cleaned the lenses and even offered me some helpful advice about the specific make of my glasses. She was so amazing and I’m so thankful that she was able to fix them! I would highly recommend going here as the staff truly care about the quality of your lenses!

I forgot my contact lenses whilst visiting Lake Country. Melissa was incredibly helpful, advising as to best next steps to get some more lenses both on the phone with me and in store with my partner. She provided him with some solution samples so I could see in the morning, and when we came in store Mark kindly squeezed me in between appointments although they were very busy. Both were friendly, professional and a joy to speak with. I left very happy and with some contact lenses to tide me over til I get home. Thank you very much Melissa and Mark!
