Just had my six month follow up appointment for glaucoma. I appreciated the pre-appointment reminder and Dr. Bunns explaination of the test and subsequent results. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome and taken care of.

Been with Iris Optometrists in Courtenay for 6 years now and I continue to be amazed on how they are able to sustain their elite customer service level whenever i visit. Customer satisfaction is their trademark and in the DNA of Dr. Bunn and his associates. Great store, great people.

Went in for eye exam. Was told eyes worsened and that i would need stronger contact lenses. Fast forward a year later and they are still unable to find me contact lenses that fit my eyes. Then tried to pin the issue on me and have me come in and spend more money for another eye exam a year later.

Another efficient appointment! It was seamless with my appointment starting on time, the eye testing part went smoothly and then a quick transition to another office to meet with Dr. Bunn. He is thorough and caring and explains test results well. The closing at the front desk was also very professional. The whole routine was efficient but not rushed. See you again in couple of years!

Staff is super friendly, low pressure. The store is clean and prices are reasonable. My contacts came in, in less than a week! Highly recommend!
