Dr Ravleen Khurana was excellent. A very thorough eye exam and it makes a big difference to see a Doctor of Optometry who maps the veins in your eyes to better evaluate health concerns as well as a thorough determination of your prescription including your eye shape to ensure the lenses are ground specifically to you.

Exceptional service from the staff. I was visiting from overseas and broke my glasses. They were very helpful, courteous and friendly. Not only were they happy to fix my glasses but did not charge for the service, which we found extraordinary given we were not from this country. Highly recommend them, if you are looking for happy and helpful people to deal with you should try this optometrist.

I have been looking for Clear care plus for weeks with no luck. I happened to walk by Iris to see if they had any. The employee told me that there was a world wide shortage so I would have to wait 4 months. She then went to the back and offered me their last sample of it. So kind especially because I am not one of their regular customers since I don’t live in the area.

My go-to for eye checks, also whenever I need help for my sunglasses. They are super friendly and helpful!

The receptionist is very dismissive. I understand that they are busy, but there was not even a hint of even faux good customer service. The accent is pretty intense as well, which is fine, but the way she speaks it's like I'm being reprimanded or whipped with every word she says. Tone is everything.

Dr. Epstein was very knowledgeable and was willing to take his time to explain all that I need to know about my eye health. Overall the visit was pleasant and it's good to know that my eyes are in good health.
