I had a complicated eye prescription which was difficult to translate, but the contact lensfitter had no problem and was able to fit me with contact lenses on the spot so I can’t say enough great things about Iris service and expertise.

Poor customer service. I'm a student that was looking to buy nose pad replacements for my eyewear to take classes, but I was turned away because I didn't purchase eyewear from their store. This is unlike previous optometrists I have visited. Considering their reaction, I am more inclined to believe they turned me away because of racial intolerance.

Extremely poor customer service. Bought reading glasses that are not working for me. Made several calls and was told that is what I needed!
This did not happen when Marnie Spino was there. She was very professional and supportive of the clients needs. I’m still waiting for resolution after paying all this money for glasses that aren’t right for my eyes.

I paid for my Maui Jim sunglasses but then got a call about half hour later that I couldn’t get them with the gold mirror. Very disappointing to learn this after I had decided on the lenses and paid. I had to ask for a refund she did not offer it. She gave a few excuses as to why I couldn’t get the refund and then decided she could. She did not offer to help me choose the frame until I insisted she help me. The clerk I have dealt with before wasn’t on that day. Such a disappointment. Would have have been fine if I received the same service.

I’ve been coming to this location for years for my contact lens prescription, always with a great experience. However, I went in today and asked for information about the Iris Advantage discount as well as pricing for 6 and 12 month packages. I’m guessing the ownership has changed as the service I received today was vastly inferior. I had to prompt the girl at the front multiple times to provide me information that she should have provided upfront (package costing, Iris advantage, rebate information) and she appeared to be annoyed that I had questions. She had an air of entitlement as if I was bothering her with my patronage. I encourage the new owners to reach out to discuss further as this is not the standard of service Iris has historically provided.
