Ironwood Dental Centre

I had an incredible experience at Ironwood under the very diligent care of Karam (dental hygienist) and Dr. Regiane (dentist). Ive tried many different places in Vancouver and always found the care to be somewhat mediocre. I’ve always been afraid of going to dentist which always made the experience very unpleasant.
From the receptionist to their dental care, everyone is extremely friendly and prompt to answer questions and try to make you feel at ease. Karam was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all procedures and I’ve never been that relaxed in a dentist chair before.
I live in downtown Vancouver and I don’t mind taking the drive to Richmond to get the best care possible. I won’t need to change dentists or hygienists anymore.

I’ve been making the necessary preparations to begin Invisalign and the removal of 2 wisdom teeth was the last step. I was terrified and nervous as one of them was seriously impacted — Dr. Maluf and her assistant Samar were exceptional. From start to finish they made me feel comfortable and safe, they were extremely thorough every step of the way and by the end of it all the nerves and worry completely dissolved. I even got to listen to my own music the entire time I would recommend anyone going to get work done with Dr. Maluf at Ironwood, going to the dentist feels like a piece of cake now knowing I’m under their care. I’ve been going to Ironwood dental for years now. This dental office is no regular dentist office! The technology is amazing and the staff even better. Thank you to my hygienists Raquel, Reena M, and both Karam and karam g for making every visit feel pleasant and thorough. I Highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs or questions!

Just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Regiane Maluf and Dr. Christine. Such a quick and easy procedure. They both made me feel so comfortable and ensured I was feeling ok throughout the entire process. An overall great experience and done so well. Day 2, feeling no pain or swelling and was able to sleep the entire night and thanks to my 2 doctors.:)

Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Big shout out to Lana for making all the claims and bookings hassle free, as well as Raquel for being super gentle and thorough during all my cleaning appointments. Great team!

I’ve always hated going to the dentist. Perhaps fear is more suitable to describe my feelings toward dentistry. However meeting Dr. Regiane Benez B. Maluf and her technician has changed my attitude completely! They make sure the patient is comfortable and they will do extras to make sure it happens.

This is a the clinic for us. We absolutely amazed! The stuff and doctors are so caring and knowledgeable. We have never experience such an amazing service in the dental industry. I am going to move my whole family to this clinic. Thank you guys for such a good and positive experience.

I just recently had to have crown work done to fix a severely broken upper molar. First of all, no one likes to go the dentist & if you have had an earlier trauma from childhood, it makes it even more of a trip to convince your self to go in & have the work done.
These women are like a galaxy of stars, from the reception {Flo} to "The Dream Team) Dr. Maluf & Samar, who not only make you feel comfortable & safe but they take great pride in their work. I am a senior & they were very accommodating which I appreciated. It's stressful enough with out having to worry about affordability just so you can eat.
Lovely group of women, & a shout out to Shavani who is my hygienist & is expecting her first child; congrats.
Thank you all, for a truly great experience. Oh & the massage chair is an awesome experience while your waiting for your crown to be made on site. One stop shop!

Dr Milla and assistant, Samar, gave exceptional service last week regarding a crown that had come off. I left the appointment feeling heard, throughly informed, and gently guided through all actions.

I'm delighted by all the work Raquel has done and continues to do on my teeth. She is meticulous in her attention to detail, and the results are always of the highest quality. I'm grateful to her for her patience and how considerate she is, and I'm not the easiest of patients, I'm sure! The reception staff are always friendly, and on top of every detail. The whole Ironwood Dental practice is super professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I had all of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Regiane Maluf and CDA Samar Narula. The surgery was done flawlessly and the aftercare/recovery went exceptionally well.

They were very kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire procedure. I would recommend their services to anyone, specifically to people in the area or to anyone who may feel anxious or nervous about going to the dentist.

I held off for a year to post this. After seeing an actual good dentist and realizing I should never have gone here. I got an emergency tooth removed and was convinced to remove the tooth behind it which I did not need removed. The stitches came loose by the time I got home. I had to call and go back, I was told it's normal to have string sticking out of my mouth.it's not. The hygienist said I'm woke, which is an insult, barely discussed current topics and she decided to insult me. The hygienist was also dismissive and very unprofessional. They take extra pictures of your mouth and make you sign more waivers than any other place I've been to. They tell you that your not being charged for the extras but if you look at the price break down, you are being charged. I actually took the codes to two other dentists and they told me how much it would have been. It was 300$ less at two other dentists. Don't be fooled by the fancy decorations. I will never go here again nor will any family or friends. Oh and I almost forgot. They make you sign waivers while in the chair after they've put freezing. All a very bad visit.

Ironwood Dental has an amazing team! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I book my cleanings with Raquel. She is always friendly and professional and takes great care of me from start to finish. She is super organized and efficient. The other day I had to leave my appointment a bit early, and she was still able to complete my cleaning, and do it thoroughly, even when having less time. She is very skilled and a great asset to your team! She always makes me feel comfortable and leaves me feeling satisfied after leaving my cleanings. My teeth have never been whiter! I am been in this dental office for almost one year for my Invisalign treatment. Everyone working here did fantastic job. Especially for Dr. Maluf, she is very knowledgeable and very patient with me, also I like one of the assistant very much her name is Samar, she always super nice and kind, she treated me so soft with all her action on my teeth.

The team at Ironwood dental are simply the best team of dental professionals I have ever experienced. Coming out of any type of visit you never feel like you are in a dental office chair Not scary, no anxiety everyone is always welcoming and pleasant and it’s always just an overall great experience. My recent visit this past weekend I had my crown replaced by Dr Regiane Maluf and CDA Christine … my procedure was flawless along with such great care and attention by this team. I switched to ironwood dental about two years ago and very happy with this decision.

I went there for root canal treatment and filling. Although I have a language barrier, Ms. Flo helped me a lot. I would like to thank Ms. Samar and my dear doctors Dr. Regiane and Dr. Duffy, who helped me with all my appointments.

I have been going to Ironwood Dental for over a decade and have always had a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk through the door and our greeted with smiles, you are offered coffee/tea/water while you wait in the comfortable waiting area. The wait to see the hygienist is never long and even if the wait is long there is always a satisfactory explanation.

Reena has been my hygienist and she has always been warm/friendly/and very professional in her dealings with me. She always checks to make sure I'm comfortable during the treatment and always lets me know what's going on with my cleaning/teeth/gums etc.

It has been a pleasure being a patient of Ironwood Dental and thank you for providing an excellent experience every time over the years.

I've been coming here for over 10 years now and have always enjoyed the care I receive here. Staff are professional and the dentists and hygienists are always using new and advanced technologies to make the patient experience better. I deeply appreciate that the practice continues to invest in better and better tools and technology to improve patient care and the patient experience. I recently had a crack on my tooth, called the office, and they scheduled me in the next day. I had a crown done on the same day by Dr Jamal and Christine who were professional, fun and courteous. I've heard of people having to come back multiple times in order to get the procedure done, as well as horror stories of awful dental "torture devices" and having to come back again and again for fixes or improved fits. Thanks to their awesome skills and tools, my tooth was scanned, my crown was made and fitted within 2 hours. I was home within 2.5 hours of leaving my house, and I have not had to go back for any refitting. My hygienists Karam in the past, and now Shivanee have always gone above and beyond to get to know my concerns and they do such a good job cleaning my teeth, I have seen an improvement in my overall oral health and a decrease in problems in the last 10 years.

Great experience, super friendly staff. Special appreciation to Angela who goes the extra mile and is a real pleasure to deal with.

I went to Ironwood dental initially for a second opinion. Dr Fazel and Reena treated me wonderfully. They explained what my issues were and then showed me a logical solution and were willing to work with me. They are very honest, and they stand behind their work. Reena goes above and beyond to keep you comfortable, allowing for very peaceful cleanings. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Ironwood Dental for many years everyone is always very kind and welcoming especially Flo! The staff are always willing to help and make the experience as smooth as possible. My hygienist Karam S was pleasant and professional and took really good care of me from start to finish.

Ironwood Dental Centre is a great place. The environment is nice and staff are friendly. Florenta helped me to book the appointment and Tuqa did my cleanings. They both have lots of patience and make me comfortable. Recommend!
