I saw Jess for a haircut, she was so welcoming and made the experience amazing! As someone who has had bad experiences in the past at salons Jessica gave an awesome consultation and really put me at ease! I left with an awesome haircut and a new favourite salon!

I regularly see Jessica to get my hair cut, and I won't see anyone else. She does an incredible job every time. I've come across a lot of stylists who don't cut short hair and Jessica not only cuts short hair but is the fastest I've ever seen. I'm in and out in 20 minutes, she's super friendly and funny, and my haircut is bomb every time.

I have never been so disappointed was treated so badly and disrespected by a hairdresser! Will not ever return and it is Christmas did not even get colour I ask for! Was not given choice was told by hairdressers I can get someone else to do my hair next time lol will not be back bad for business

The staff are very knowledgeable. I had a root touch up and tone. It looked amazing and it took half the time I spend in my usual salon.

Lena is the best hairdresser ever. She honestly does a better job than a big majority of barbers/hairdressers out there. Very detail orientated and makes sure she delivers to your expectations every time. She will also put up a great conversation with you and make you feel very welcomed.

It was my first time there, and dana did an awesome job coloring my hair.

I had a great experience with Yuliia. She was able to dye my dark and thick hair a beautiful color without any problems. She also was able to give me some great tips on how to keep my hair looking good. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great hair stylist.

Jayme did my extension adjustment today and I haven't felt so confident in my stylist as I did with her! She really knows her stuff, has great recommendations and is just overall, an amazing human being. I am so glad I made the 2 hour drive for her services and already can't wait to be back! Thank you so SO much Jayme, for listening, understanding and having me leave with an ear to ear smile! I'm happier than I ever thought I could be, you rock!

This was my first visit to the salon and my first haircut with Yuliia. Yuliia is new to Canada having arrived from the Ukraine last year with her immediate family. I am attempting to grow my hair long after 4 years of wearing it short and shaved. I waited an additional 2 months before getting it cut because it was at that difficult stage where one usually just wants to give up and shave it all off. Today, Yuliia gave me the best precision cut that makes my hair look and feel amazing. I adore the mastery of the legendary Vidal Sassoon and she made it happen. Thank you so much. Can't wait to return!

I have curly hair so it is really hard for me to find a good hairdresser. Is. Salon solved my problem. Andrena (I hope I spelled her name right) did a great job with my hair. It looks amazing! Even though I came into the Salon not knowing exactly what I wanted, she helped me figure it out and did such a great job with the cut. She was also very nice. It was quite expensive but it was worth it for the quality service this place has. Oh, and did I mention I was able to get my appointment when the salon was technically closed? Overall great service and great haircut. Tysm!

The service is incredible, down-to-earth and affordable. My schedule is a bit all over the map, but each stylist has been able to take care of me and give me the perfect highlights every time! Pricing is extremely reasonable, and the stylists are transparent with explaining exactly how much things cost.zero surprises when it comes time to pay! Is. Salon is fantastic! I have seen a few different stylists, and each time they have been incredibly knowledgeable, kind and do a fantastic job. The front desk team, and salon manager is always so accommodating and able to help find me an appointment with very minimal notice. I love the fact they have a location in Kelowna as well!

I walked off the street and was so lucky to land in her chair.
My last haircut was right before the "start" of the pandemic; chopped about 6 inches of tangling/damage before even going to the wash station.
Jamie give me a really super collarbone length cut; it looked amazing when she curled it, it also looked amazing after a lake swim/air dry

Pro-tip: leave Jamie in control of your layers. You won't regret it.

When I first made my appointment I was told 45 dollars for short hair.when I got up to the counter I was told 71 dollars.but they did honor the 45 this time. I know a lot of places charge different for a short hair cut.
Will not spend 71 dollars for a 45 min hair cut

Very happy with the salon, the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. In particular I love my haircuts from Dante, he consistently does a great job!

The staff at the salon are a warm, fun and welcoming group. It really is just a fun and relaxing place to come and get your hair done by true professionals.

I found my go-to stylist and that’s Avy! Went from a dark brown colour to a lighter ashy blonde in only one session! Her work is pure magic and I recommended her to anyone. She is such a nice person and I trust her with all her suggestions! I know she will never let me down and I look forward to my next appointment with her.

Avy is the best hair stylist I've ever had! She cuts and colors my hair to perfection every time and always makes me feel confident in my hair choices. A genuinely lovely person all around, I wouldn't go to anyone else but her. The salon itself has a great atmosphere and is super welcoming. Last time I visited I had multiple staff help with my hair and you could definitely tell that everyone cared about the environment!

I have been going to Avy for a long time now, I followed her from another salon and I refuse to give her up. She is so welcoming and easy to talk to but most importantly she knows what she is doing. She is very informative and crushes her colour applications. I have never left Avy feeling anything less than perfect. She always cuts my hair exactly how I want. If you are looking for an amazing hair stylist as well as an amazing human being, do yourself a favour and book with Avy.

Jesse is a 10/10, literally the best I've ever had. He actually listens to exactly what I want and had the best suggestions. He made me look and feel like a total blonde bombshell. He's the best I could not recommend him enough, I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

I've had 2 amazing experiences now having Bellami hair extensions put in. The hair feels so soft & bouncy, I barely have to style it anymore. Avy is so amazing at what she does. She genuinely cares about her clients and always gives phenomenal hair advice. I tried her for the first time when she was offering a month-long promotion for 50% off any service but the service was definitely worth the full price.
As a student it’s hard to keep up with my hair, but Avy always caters to what I need and continues to blow me away every time I sit back down in her chair

I had a volume set of lashes put on by Janice and am so happy with them! I tend to get annoyed with the feeling of having lashes on by I can not even feel them and they are lasting so much longer than other sets I’ve had done elsewhere. I have already pre-booked my next 2 appointments ️

I absolutely adore seeing Marley at Is. Salon. I have blonde hair so I’m extremely picky as I don’t want it to get damaged. She always exceeds my expectations every time with her perfectionism and professionalism. I leave happy and my hair looks amazing. She also gives the BEST head massages (a total plus) I always look at her Instagram (@crown.and.mane) for inspiration because she’s always doing flawless colours! Go see Mar - you won’t regret it!

Although I have never been to IS salon in kelowna JANICE Victoria was my lash tech for many years in Calgary! She was amazing! Always consistent. Fast and efficient. Always got a perfect full set in an hour or less! Not going to lie. I mIss her work! Kelowna is blessed to have her ️️
