We had to replace a portion of a hardwood through-out floor due to water damage, and Sabit went the extra mile to procure a product that is an exact match to the undamaged flooring (which is not being replaced by our insurance company). The GOOD: Sab is friendly, he’s a nice guy.
The BAD: Flooring arrived damaged, I went a month walking on subfloors, waiting for next delivery.
The UGLY: Awful installation. I invited them 3 times to assess for floor prep, they came late one day and didn't raise any flags. Definitely should have been leveled, they are the "pros" but didn’t know or didn’t care. Now I have wonky, unsteady floors. I complained, they deny any wrongdoing.
Glue all over my floor, hours of cleaning left to me.
Tried to bill me for work that wasn't done.
Installed a scratched & dented stairnose in bathroom, looks awful.

What a fiasco. There are a lot of options, go anywhere but here.

We purchased our new home 2 years ago. The only carpet in the home in the upper upper level started to ripple in all areas. It is awful. I have purchased new homes before and have never seen a defect this severe. After 7 weeks of trying to get a response, I was offered a guy (not an employee) that could come and fix it for a fee. Carpet will ripple when not installed properly which is clearly the case here. A machine rather than manual kicking should be utilized. Their website states they stand behind their product.not in this case. I have found a company that will fix this and it isn't cheap but they do guarantee their work. Not impressed!

I'm a first-time home owner purchasing my own flooring and Sabit was very helpful in finding what I needed at the last minute and took the time to follow up.
Even when he's not at work, he answers my calls, gets in touch with my installers, and makes sure I'm happy. I think his service is very professional and I am very fortunate to have chosen Sabit. I would suggest that have him to come to your property to inspect before buying stuff as he knows a lot about the products.

Stephanie provided excellent recommendations on vinyl flooring and tile. Sabit provided expertise for our carpet install and worked within our budget and timeframe when we were dealing with a flood.
