Island Glass team is extremely professional from the time of estimate to work completion. Everyone was punctual and friendly. Although our project was a small one the entire team treated us like their most important customers. We truly appreciate the care they took in our project. We would definitely recommend Island Glass to our friends and family.

We had another company before ending up with IG&M. IG&M is almost twice as expensive as the other company. However it's worth it IMO. They werefast, almost last min.notice and they started installation within 2 weeks after I first contacted them. The young owner is super friendly. The installer are very professional and super friendly as well. The installation was going great until they accidently broke off our composite stone shower pan. (they were really trying to get us the most real estate for our small shower pan hence mounting the glass as close to the edge as they could. I am super grateful of them doing that.) They admitted their mistake right away and so far have been very accommodative of the situation. Now we are in the process of getting it fixed. So far so good? Hoping that we won't have to wait too long. Will come back and update when everything is done:)

Island glass & Mirror company came to our loft and did a custom mirror job on a difficult, odd shaped wall. When it was clear they needed to come back to do some custom work in order to make the mirror appear flat, they did so in record time for no charge! Great company and a great team! Would highly recommend them!

Island Glass recently replaced some custom windows for us and did an excellent job. Their installation crews were professional and courteous and very competent and we are very happy with the result.

But what was far more important was their response to a measurement error which occured with this project. They immediately acknowledged the mistake and took the needed steps to correct the situation. It was clear from their behaviour that they took the matter seriously and would make every effort to make things right.

I think customers should always expect a good job from their contractors. But what makes an outstanding company is one which knows how to make sure the customer is left fully satisfied on those rare occasions where something does not go according to plan. I think Island Glass excelled in this regard.

It was very easy to work with the people at Island Glass. I called with my specifications and they were able to supply me with a quote pretty quickly. Pricing was great and delivery to my apartment went without a hitch. I'll be calling back for any future projects. Will add a photo once I complete installation this weekend.

They did a great job on my window. The only thing they need to work on is their communication with their customers. I emailed and they got back to me but then I emailed a few more times and I didn't hear anything. Also I got a call the day they were coming to check the window and I didn't even know they would be coming cause no one told me. Also I was told they would call when it was ready for pick up and no one ever called. So I just went and picked it up. The work is really good but they need to work on the customer communication for sure. Thanks.

I wanted to have a big mirror with cut outs for outlets in my bathroom. It was very challenging because I live in an apartment with no freight elevator. You can imagine how difficult it was to deliver a big mirror in one piece. Scott, George and Dan did an amazing job with the mirror. I am extremely happy with the results. Got a wall to wall mirror in our dining room and they did an amazing job! They forgot to cut a piece of mirror so we had to wait almost an extra week for them to come back with it but it was no big deal and sometimes these things just happen. Altogether it maybe took 45 mins to install it. Would recommend.

For our bathroom renovations we had multiple trades involved and we can say that Island Glass and Mirror was the most professional, on-time and quality trade we worked with. Not saying our other trades were bad, they were great, but Island Glass was above and beyond in our opinion. As soon as we requested information we heard back, as soon as we approved the scope of work, we heard back from their scheduler, and as soon as the time slot came, their guys were on site performing the work. It was seamless and we are so happy with the quality of the materials and of the work that was preformed. Everything works well and our bathroom looks incredible.
