Island Ink-Jet did the engraving for a baby gift. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and prompt. We will certainly return for our next engraving project. We highly recommend Island Ink-Jet

I have refill 2 tri-colour carthridges on HP Envy, which have no problem.
But the Brother Ink Jet B/W carthridge gave so much problems, papers jamming and with helped from friend still cannot solved it. I returned it and the owner said he will come to my house, helped me out and brought along another new carthridge, Sure it was faulty and replaced a new one, I was so satisfied with his service. Thank You Kelvin.

Thanks for the help:) Got it all working perfectly! Will definitely get more refills here and I would leave 6stars if it was an option!
