Island Pet Source

I have been to this store 3x weekly for the past six months and have never once stolen from them, nor made any attempt to. I travel for work and had about 2.5k worth of equipment in a tote which is not unusual for me. Instead of politely reminding me to leave my bag up front (which i have never had to do before) the clerk was obtuse and made snide comments asking if i was “going to be okay” with a bag. I left my bag up front where it wasn’t even watched, someone very easily could have walked in and taken my expensive equipment, wallet, phone and housekeys. Once again, i have no problem with leaving a bag up front but i would expect it to at least be tucked behind the counter out of the reach of anyone who walked in. I am disappointed to be treated like a criminal by a business i have done nothing but support, for no reason.

Have been going here for over 2 years for my 2 dogs, great products and amazing staff. Couldn't ask for more.

Been shopping here for years and they consistently carry top of the line dog food, available in a variety of flavours and brands, which is helpful for our fussy older dog. The staff is always helpful when we’ve needed to switch foods or were looking for specialty treats. I rest assured knowing that no matter what I pull from the shelf it is the best available!

Went in to get some CBD oil for my dog and wanted to chat with them about it, this pet store has always been a trusted place but the lady couldn’t even be bothered to move some orders to open the case. I’m so upset I left in tears

I took my dog here to be groomed and he left covered in clipper burn and cuts. He has never had this issue with other groomers.

Kelsea did an amazing job on our baby girl, it was her first groom but she made sure she enjoyed the experience and came out looking cuter than ever!
