Island Town Food Grocery

My first and last experience with them. So today Island Town food had a sale on grocery specially on lamb shoulder $3.99 lb. So the store opened at 11am we got there 11: 10am within 10mins lamb was sold out yet they said 2 per a family and they also said they had ordered over 20 boxes of lamb for today's sale. It just doesn't add up. Also really bad customer service, one of the staff members had an attitude rolling her eyes. She is so rude, you can tell she hates her job never smiles and is very RUDE! Never says thank you. A customer had asked her a question? She made a smart remark that she didnt know whats the big deal. I believe its the owners wife. If you come here you'll be treated like garbage. A store that doesn’t know how to treat their customers. They shouldn’t be in the grocery business. The owner himself was putting other stores down by talking loudly with other customers. This was terribly false and unethical advertising. Very shady way of doing business. As an owner of the store you should be able to ensure that everything you have on sale should last end of the day cos it is a sale or even half a day. Not in 10 mins. This place is very filthy. The freezers in the back had empty boxes with NO lables. I would not recommend anyone to shop here. What a trashy way to represent your business. And they are going to lose customers like me. I would never go back there anymore.

Almost felt cheated.
Stated they were selling the frozen lamb for $3.99/lb But that seemed like a sales tactic. Luring customers to come buy other stuff in the store. Few parking spots available.
Store not very clean. Nope, I won’t come back to shop here again.

His way off running business is not acceptable to our community. A lie advertisement for price match on lamb but no product available on opening hours. What a way to cheat customers and no parking.

I would highly recommend shopping here! Great selection and quality of meats and groceries. The staff is so kind and lovely as well. Great to support a local business like this one

There is lamb special going on today. Limit 2 per family. Very nice service with lots of good deals. Definitely recommend to shop at rameshs Island Town store. Very well organized place.

They have big pack peanut ruffs, and lee fruit cakes. Plus there best tasting lamb, duck and chicken sausage is sooo goood! Thank you uncle ramesh

This best place has the best lamb, rooster, and duck. I have been going to other stores and getting ripped off. But with uncle Ramesh the price is always right and I can feed my family big nice and quality dinner.

Best meat and lamb in town. They also got a lot of foreign quality spices that you don’t find elsewhere in the city. Very nice owner and family oriented business. Recommend to people who want decent price meat, chicken, lamb, or anything in general

Just bought some fresh goat and duck from them last week. And there quality and prices were absolutely amazing. Not to mention that all the Fijian product they have has long dates on them. Affordable with quality. Thanks uncle Ramesh
