Very bad experience. I got an appointment of 9am even I didn't get attended till 12pm. I didn't get why they fix my appointment if there is no fix timing of work

If you are New In Canada and don’t know where of go for applying your PR, citizenship, go to ISS of BC and ask for Samara, she is very helpful and kind.

The best place where you refugees or newcomers can get help and guidance.
My wife and I asked Ms. Mina for guidance and help in filling out the PR forms, and she answered and helped us as soon as possible.

I am Abdul wali one of new comer from Afghanistan I am not happy from iss of bc because I have many problems and my case manager is not responding to my call his name is tufan mokamel Since last 10 days I am trying to contact him he is not responding me
