The food we found delicious and well worth the price. Love fresh ingredients. The gentleman serving us was pleasant.

Ok. Donair is my go to food. Healthy. Loads of flavor. The fella that runs this shop is a gem. Stopped in to grab lunch one day and ended up having a 30 minute discussion on the finer points of the industry.

We ordered a chicken rice platter our chicken was extremely dry almost like chicken jerky! The taste was not good.
This restaurant has potential they need to ensure their food quality is consistent.
We will give try them one more try maybe we just caught them on a bad day.

I've come here a couple of times. They're not the worst, but don't give much meat I find. I ordered two donairs with tabuli, hot peppers, feta, and cucumbers added. Maybe there was some miscommunication but I thought that would come with the standard lettuce, tomato, and onion but I received none. When I came back and asked if I could get another I was told no. This was also the second time that I came in and it smelt God awful in there. I waited outside while she made my order because I couldn't stand the stench. I won't be coming back

Edit: after eating it, the chicken tastes a lot like that place smells. Also note to business owner, I'd also recommend they keep a note pad for custom orders like mine, or ask for clarification after a custom order. So you don't lose more customers

I love donairs and I've visited so many donair places for the past 30 years. This place is definitely my favorite place in Langley and my friends that I took there all loved their food as well. Interestingly there's nothing really fancy or special about their ingredient that I can pin point, but somehow their donair just tastes right. It's only shame that I'm now leaving a review after all these years. Easily 5 stars for me.

When the owner makes the donairs there 6 out 5 there isn’t a better donair place around. When the rest of the staff make the donairs they are a 3.8 out of 5. Would recommend to anyone wanting a tasty meal.

I had the Turkish plate. The chicken was tender and well seasoned. The rice was cooked beautifully, but the dolma was still frozen!

One of my 'go to' lunch options, I typically go for a supersized Istanbul donair once weekly. Delicious food, fast service, very reasonable prices.

It was always good, but the last few times I went the chicken tasted off and the rice was sticky and crunchy. Won't be going back.

We’ve had bad donairs but this one I’m really disappointed. We found hair, rice was basically porridge, super wet and doesn’t separate. Falafel was soft and not crispy. Wasted 40$. Item ordered: rice platters beef and falafel and rice chicken.

I owen a business and i understand that its very hard, however i would not name my place Istanbul donair where there is not one item that relate to Turkish food.
Most important the girl behind the counter is very rood and cannot communicate in English neither french.
I asked for a side of meat for my dog and i don't mind paying full price, the response was, sorry i can only mix it with rice or salad (its policy)

Awful just awful omg like seriously.compared to other Donairs places in town this one has the lowest quality.is ashame, it used to be really good! I'll never eat here again thats for sure. Better quality Food and service i'll go somewhere else.

My and a couple of my friends have been eating Instanbul once or twice a week for years. It is consistently fantastic, the staff is consistently friendly and the meats are consistently juicy. Their sauce is the boss, their pitas are elite. If you want the donair and you're not eating Instanbul then you are wrong.
