The ultimate meatball sends me on a spiritual journey every time I eat it. It truthfully is the best meatball sub I’ve ever had, and the vibes in the store are absolutely unmatched. The staff are beyond hospitable, super warm and welcoming to everyone that walks in, from a regular to a first time shopper. The only difference between the two is they’ll ALWAYS address their regulars by name. While waiting for my sub I’ll hear the workers saying “hi Tom! ” “Hey Caroline, how are you! ” “David! My man! ”

Definitely not a good place for Muslims and jews. We ordered a meatball sandwich and it was pork and it's not mentioned in the menu. We returned the sandwich to change it with an other one and he charged us.
The guy was very rude because we are Muslims.

This place is awesome, the staff are extremely helpful in the knowledge of the products.love the idea of a store and cafe in one shop, which was well organized and clean, i couldnt believe how fresh the sandwiches are right from the bread down to the olives, very filling.worth the drive from qualicum beach.

Great spot for sandwiches, generous with great ingredients, friendly staff. Wish I found this place sooner, will definitely be back
