One of the best stores for firearms and hunting equipment. The staff are very knowledgeable and generally great people willing to help.

Bought a shotgun there recently and the staff was friendly and approachable the moment I entered the store.

I showed up today, nervously walked in after getting horrible service from Reliable Gun 10 minutes prior. It was my first time trying to purchase a firearm as I am recently licensed, I met a gentleman name Scott who was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my stupid noob questions, showed me a variety of firearms, and told me what he liked and how he would set it up.

I knew a few things I wanted, as I recently shot a few of my friends firearms, he explained each thing in detail, was never pushy, and you could tell he was very passionate about what he did.

I walked out of there feeling very good, I spent about $2200 on a firearm, and everything that you'd need to go with it, and I was happy to do so. I am looking forward to supporting this business further in the future (likely sooner than what I want) thanks to Scott's great customer service.

Side note - avoid reliable gun, I posted a review about my negative experience there today.

Very helpful staff! The stales person who checked me put helped me carry a case of clays to my car since there was no way I was carrying a case of clays and a case of shotshells in one trip

They added on an unnecessary charge of pitting repair to a routine gun cleaning without asking me and when I took apart the gun, no repair was done. Cheaters. How do they stay in business?

Picked up a sx4 from these guys. Great knowledgeable staff. They also let me do a layaway program so I didn't have to pay everything in one installment.

Never go here unless you already know what exactly you want, and this is the ‘only’ shop that unluckily has it around.
Now, there are ‘few’ people here who are very good to talk to, but unfortunately overall experience was not good. Very rude way of talking. I simply asked them to please show me how to use a key for choke which I hadn’t seen before (i just got my PAL a day ago and have never owned firearms before that my whole life) and the person was extremely rude and kept saying- it opens normally what you want me to show? I mean this behaviour is throughout in almost everyone and anything you ask (except 2people). Also, the person who showed me the guns and went home earlier due to his shift ending sooner, he was fantastic person, i wish i had taken his name i would’ve given him a shoutout here.
Please if you need a ‘honest suggestion’ and good experience with tons of better options- go to Reliable guns who are like 10 mins away.

I am going to this store since 2015 and I bought 4 different rifles and I wouldn’t recommend going there because all they going to do is lying, I left my rifle there to get it fixed in year and half ago and I called bunch of times and I was told that we are waiting for parts from henry firearms and this last time I called in to check if parts arrived or not yet but I was told we couldn’t figure out but needs to be replaced or order, so finally I knew they lied to me for last whole year and I wanted my rifle back and then they said I need to pay $50.to reassemble my rifle because it is disassembled so I don’t understand how they ordered parts year and half ago and now they are trying to figure parts out again, so I definitely don’t recommend going there. Sooo…. Frustrated from their service to customers who relied on yhem for years.

I have been their customer for almost 20 years now. Amazing owners, great service, best staff. I am so glad they are still bold and strong in our community. I highly recommend them.
