My first time switching dentists and I came across ivory dental to see how they were. Seamless transition and the staff are all awesome!

Three times I have seen Doc Maleki, and every time was better than the last, I know that sounds crazy, and I might be.lol.
All I know is like most people, I am not a fan of dentistry. And that fear is only manifested by prior experiences. Doc Maleki has sure given me a new perspective on dentistry.
He is very strait forward, caring and understanding dentist I have ever met. If you need a great experience, I highly recommend IVORY DENTAL for all your dental needs. The staff is fantastic and go above and beyond to help.

Found this dental clinic when I had a tooth abscess; they saw me immediately, and I was very appreciative. I needed a root canal, and was so relieved with the whole procedure. All this done during Covid, so glad they saw me.

Rarely do I write reviews but am making an exception with this review for Dr. Maleki of Ivory dental centre in Langley, BC. I’ve had dental work done on my teeth by several dentists during my 74 years of age and never felt that I should write a review for any dentist until I met Dr. Maliki. Since I became a patient of Dr. Maleki several years back he has been doing all my dental work. On August 24,2022 I had a tooth implant procedure done to replace a molar as the tooth had fractured at the root while I was across the border in USA. I find Dr. Maleki to be very knowledgeable, professional in his field of dentistry and is very understanding to patients fear and hesitation in getting dental work done (I am one such person). My implant procedure was virtually painless with just local freezing.

I went in for a dental cleaning and some prep for a crown. I find the staff and the environment to be bright and friendly, and staff to always be very capable!

If you are going to go to a dentist I highly recommend Dr milaki. The hygienist are the best too!

Ivory dental is the best dental clinic in town and Dr. Maleki is by far the best dentist I had in the past 10 years. Trust me when I say this, he is very considerate, explains what he is doing while you are on the seat, and provides personalized treatment. I have been to his clinic only 8-10 times so far and plan to stay with them for as long as possible. During each visit he has listened to my concerns and have patiently and enthusiastically answered my questions. When I had my wisdom teeth extracted in emergency, he made sure he was available over the weekend on call through his office desk person, to help me manage pain and deal with an allergic reaction that just happened to me out of the blue.

The office secretary cindy (I hope I am calling her right) is amazing as well. Not once has she shown any anger or frustration when I rebooked my appointment more than 3 times and one time I had to rebook it 5 minutes before the appointment as I had to take my daughter to the hospital for a non-emergency issue.

All in all my experience at ivory dental is spectacular and I urge anyone who is reading this to trust me and start your dental journey with ivory dentals.

I have been going to Ivory Dental for a few months and had multiple treatments done and had nothing but amazing service. Whether it be from reception, assistants, hygienists or doctors themselves I have never been disappointed or felt like I wasn’t a priority. They make you feel safe and without judgement. I highly recommend going here, especially if you have a fear of dentists or are unsure of what will happen. They walk you through everything and always answer all of your questions. I have come here more consistently then any other dentist because of how kind, genuine and amazing they all are. 5 stars for sure! And that’s hard to say about a Dentist.

I just had my first visit at Ivory Dental Centre and I was very pleased with my experience. I found all of the staff that I met, Christine, Emily, and Dr. Karen Gill to be very friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I am a person with disabilities, and I have a guide dog who goes everywhere with me. My dog was welcomed and treated properly as a guide dog. They even offered to take him out of the room while x rays were taken, before I even had a chance to ask! The fees that are charged are also very fair. I am glad I have found such a great dentist and team so close to home. Thank you!

I have tried many different dentists all over the island and mainland, this one is the best hands down! I Suffer from severe anxiety disorder, I'm on disability for my chronic pain and anxiety. The staff here are sooo accommodating to my anxious ways, and not to mention them accepting me on disability in itself is amazing, i don't have to be ashamed of my financial situation here they genuinely are trying to help and can offer payment plans if need be, the dentists will go above and beyond for you to get what you need they always will put the patient first. I come all the way from the island every few weeks to get my dental work done. I had the worst teeth when I came in and they are helping me get back to life. My goal is to continue fixing myself up here so I can love myself one day, my teeth are a huge damper to my confidence and affect me big time so it always surprises me at how much they always make me feel better when i go in, they give me hope and comfort that it will be okay. Very friendly and easy going. I almost fell asleep while getting my fillings done. And Im very sensitive and gringy when I go to the dentist.

I found the staff to be very caring. The dentist and hygienist have been nothing short of awesome. I have been dealing with a painful toothache.and they have gone out of there way to make it the best possible experience for me.
The freezing I received today was absolutely painless.
I recommend them %. I am not a good dental patient and I have no reservations about going back for more treatments.

One of the hardest things about moving is finding a new dentist. Well not for this gal. I really lucked out when I found Ivory Dental Center. I had good dentists in Vancouver and now I do again in Langley. Very friendly, professional and just plain awesome

I haven't been to the dentist in forever and as the years passed I was scared what my teeth were going to be like but Ivory Dental's team is amazing! They never judged what condition they were in and immediately said let's help everything get better. The people here are so sweet and genuinely want to help, I recommend them to family and friends all the time.

I went to Ivory for my regular cleaning and was very pleased by the work performed by the Dental Hygienist Keyvan. I also had chipped the crown on an implant. Dr. Maleki did a great job smoothing the chipped area on the crown. Thanks to Dr. Maleki's team for a great service.

I had all of my upper teeth done in crowns by Dr Maleki and Kim. Wow I am so happy with how them and I love my new smile! Those two are an amazing team and I highly recommend them to anyone! Big thank you to Dr Maleki and his amazing team at ivory dental.

I asked for a very painfull tooth to be pulled. Not a snap decision. Years in the making. When I made the appointment I was assured the tooth would be extracted. I was nrrvous for days. Went to thr appointment and was thrn told he wouldn't do it. So I was made to go through the anxiety of anticipating the needles just to be told he wouldn't do it. Not a phone call before the appointment. I ended up going to another dentist and when he pulled thr painful tooth he found a crack in it to the bottom of the root. So I do not think that Ivory Dental Center us any good. At all!

Had a teeth cleaning recently and the lady was very good however with not trying to offend anyone I would recommend that she use a better mouthwash before starting. The facilities were very clean and everyone was friendly and very courteous.

My friend said that she hears dying ducks when she was in the waiting room.
Besides that it was good.

I went in for a dental cleaning, found the staff and the environment bright and friendly, and a new hygienist, Peng, to be very capable!

I see alot of similar stories on here so I thought I would share mine. I went to Ivory Dental for about 2 years (I haven't gone back for about 5 years), prior to that I hadn't been to a dentist for about 5 years because mine had retired and I hadn't found a new one. The first appointment I was told I had 5 - 6 cavities. I thought that was odd because my teeth weren't bothering me but I went with it because I hadn't been in a while. So I had them filled. Going forward, I would go in for a cleaning every 6 months and every 6 months I'd have another 4 - 5 cavities. Unfortunately I never questioned it until the 3rd time it happened. By then my teeth had been so drilled and I still have a gouge out of the front of my tooth because the face ground down accidentally. The worst part was she never told me, I discovered it later. Fast forward to now and I have so many unnecessary fillings, a few that I have had to have redone. I found another dentist and have not had any further issues and they were appalled at how many times my teeth have been drilled.

Place is a joke was told I had to give 48 hour cancellation notice so I kept my appointment. The receptionist was kinda a see you next Tuesday I might add. Then after I took the day off work was called at 10 am and told I had to reschedule like they didnt know when they opened that the hygienist was not there I could have went to work for half a day. I will never go here again they cant even submit my insurance properly. Save your self go somewhere else.

I was so amazed at the customer service I received today. My granddaughter hit her head into my tooth and it is now loose. When I called they were very concerned and got me in today. The dentist was amazing and my issue is being resolved in a very timely manner. I would recommend Ivory dental to everyone.

This establishment is a complete joke! Ever since this place was under new management, the customer service has vastly deteriorated! Like the other review, the receptionist Carolyn knows how to make a patient feel incompetent. As I was waiting to get checked in to pay after my cleaning, she clearly didn't get to me till the I was the last one waiting. She made a lady who, I was clearly ahead of go first. I was already on a tight schedule, and she kept making small talk until my daughter and I had to step in. She apologized, but that was not enough. Also, I don't know if they start writing their own reviews to make themselves look good, but my daughter Corinne who has had a recent crown procedure done did not write down the review below, that is completely fake. I have decided to move my family to a different dentist, and it was the best decision I have ever made. Definitely not looking back!

If i could just give Dr Maleki 5 stars i would, he is a great dentist.too bad new management is terrible, they don't care for the patient. They put through payments without authorizing with you first.unnacceptable

I have been going to Ivory Dental for years now. The new owners are like family. I enjoy coming here now more than I did before as I have been seeing the same people each time. The Asian receptionist always welcomes my family and I with a smile. I have seen the same male dentist each time for exam and treatment. The past year I have seen the same hygienist and she is very good. She gives me breaks and takes an interest in how my day is. I really love this office and would recommend it to everyone.
