Ivy nails & spa

Have been going to Ivy Nails for almost 2 years now for my pedicures. Lovely friendly staff, very clean and very calming decor. I've been seeing Brian or Hana and both do a magnificent and thorough pedicure. HIGHLY
RECOMMEND.very professional and always a perfect pedicure. You won't be disappointed.

Second time coming here and I went a little more fun and they nailed it! Definitely recommend and the staff is so great!

Even though I haven't had the chance to experience nail care at Ivy Nail yet (I'm a man haha), I have several compelling reasons to recommend here:

1. I've received praise from every friends/clients I've introduced to Ivy Nail.

2. They're always on top of the latest trends, consistently updating their designs and skills.

3. All the staffs, especially those I know from handling their work visas/PR applicaiton, are satisfied with their working environment and the overall atmosphere.

4. Both owners are friendly, and when it comes to service, they are true professionals in the business.

I might not know when I'll have the opportunity to get nail care, HAHA, but when the time comes, Ivy Nail will undoubtedly be my top choice!

Made an appointment for nail fill & nail art, was told over phone they could do both no problem. When showed up I showed her photo, I had butterflies on my nails prior.nail tech mentioned nothing about not being able to put colour over my “old” butterflies from previous set, when we got to finally picking my color she told me it was impossible and she could not do the nail art or paint over my previous “2 nails with the butterfly’s”… this is 1.5 hours into my appointment and my nails were not even similar to the style I asked for, or same color I had asked for. Didn’t even get set finished because of the awful work. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Terrible service & terrible nail art.
Highly do not recommend to anyone who gets Acrylic nails.

I have never in my life had a pedicure and first time at this fantastic facility.the young lady that worked on me for almost an hour was absolutely amazing. Never having this done she explained what she was doing next. She messaged my calfs & feet very gently and did my toenails and a bunch of other things I will be back every month. It was absolutely incredible

I 100% do not recommend this place, I’m Honeslty shocked that there are not any bad reviews! I went with my roomate the staff were kind of rude when we got there and were rushing I booked a set of gel nails for both of us. Their page says it’s 75$ for gel nails I got a pretty basic design and some how it became 160$ Before tip, it took 2 hours for her to finish my nails. Anywhere else it would have not been more than 115$ at the most and only 45min- 1 hour. I went out for a smoke break and the girl told my roomate that she asks people if they get a full and if they don’t she gives them less durable nails. All of my roomates nails broke off within a few days of having them even though I paid over 100$ for her set. My nails were not prepped properly AT ALL. My nails broke off and were bleeding, another one broke off just now so far down the nail I almost lost an entire real nail off my finger it hurts so bad. Do not go to this place. I will NEVER go back again.

I took my two kids here on a Sunday they were so hospitable and made it really fun. Both my kids enjoyed the nail polish and I enjoyed a pedicure very nice spot right on the Main Street the fellow who did my pedicure was really friendly.

Ivy nails gives the best pedicures! The environment and staff are lovely. I always leave happy with the way my nails look!

The best salon in Parksville. I loved the experience. Brian is very professional, he is friendly and kind. The salon is clean. My shellac pedicures last a long time too. Highly recommend this salon!

Just got my nails done and it was awesome! I booked last minutes but they were very accommodating. I got Tracy who’s a sweetheart! She was lovely to talk to and had me in and out in an hour with pretty French tips. I’ll definitely be going back!

Unfortunately, this was the first time at Ivy's. Nice salon, very clean and modern. I had a shellac pedicure with a very nice lady, the shellac starting chipping within two days. I might expect that with a regular nail polish, but I paid a lot of money (more than on the mainland) and a nice tip. Very disappointed.

As an out of towner I always want to make sure I
show appreciation to those that make things so
nice and easy. Easily made an appointment,
was seen as soon as I walked in, got the royal
treatment for a pedicure and full set. The girls
were so nice and they did a phenomenal job.
Sanitary, relaxing and made a vacation weekend
that much more enjoyable!

I love coming to Ivy's Nails. I have been coming here for 3yeats. I will continue to be a patron of this establishment because of their warm smiles, professionalism, and the great job they do.
I recommend Ivy's to all peoples.

I’ve been going to ivy nails for the last year for my acrylic nails and have always had a fantastic experience. My nails are always beautifully shaped and they have a lovely selection of colours. I always leave happy, I definitely recommend Ivy nails!

My nail technician is Tracy. Absolutely wonderful. Very thorough and gives the best for massage ever! Highly recommend her.

Don't live near this area but I'm contemplating
driving out from Parksville from liking this place so
much. It was exactly what I needed after a hard
work week, everything smells amazing here, the
chairs actually give good massages. What takes
it over the top is the detailed work on cleaning
your cuticles! I accumulate a lot of dead skin
and they took their time on both my hands and
feet. I really enjoyed the paraffin treatment on
the hands and the sugar scrub pedicure. Prices
are worth it. It's such a cute place too which is a
plus! From the waiting chairs to the spa chairs.

My fingernails and toenails always look beautiful after visiting Ivy's. The foot and leg massage are incredible. Tracy is the best! Always friendly, always professional.

I've been going to Ivy's since they first opened. I love the friendly staff and the service has always been terrific, plus the owner is the only person who never wrecks my eyebrows ️ love this place!

I absolutely love this spa! Ivy and her husband are such wonderful people they make you feel so special. I enjoy the foot rub the most! Best foot rub I’ve ever had in my life! I now plan to go back every week just to get a foot rub because I am on my feet all day and this has truly helped. I love supporting this business because they inspire me to always try new colours on my toes as well! Such lovely people. Highly recommend the spa it is clean, sterile, It does not smell like chemicals either! Truly the best in town!

My second time at ivy nails for a spa pedicure. They give the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Today Brian did my pedi, I even got a pressure point massage on my feet and my calf’s where massaged excellent ambiance, and the massage chairs are the best

Had a great, meticulous mani and gel pedi today. Very relaxing (upgraded to the scrub and hot stone massage). My 6yo girl was waiting and they even did a free nail polish on her. Everything is very clean and nicely done.

Ivy Nails is one of the best and most creative nail design salons in Parksville. I have gone to many nail salons in the city and they're aren't many salons that can do nail design at this caliber.

I've been to nails salons in Parksville&Nanaimo asking them to do various nail designs. I am always disappointed as they can never do it the way it looks in the picture. They often offer some other ugly or cheesy nail design that is limited by their skill level.

Ivy nails has such a skilled team, that they have done everything thing I've shown them to perfection. Often times their own designs have been more unique and creative then most nails designs I've seen on the internet.

This place is a hidden gem! Come just once and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter and I did not have appointments and walked in today to see if they could fit us in. Staff were very welcoming and accommodated us right away. We both had gel manicures and its one of the best manicures we've had. Love the service and we will definitely be back!

My mother and I come here to get our nails done and always love our nails. The staff is very kind and friendly. This spa is very nice and they do a really good job. My mother loves the extra pampering and that they use a base coat on our nails. Thank you!

Have tried 2X to book on line here for a Mani Pedi. No phone number listed and both times, no one got back to me. Ended up going somewhere else who I could book with. Ivy Nails and Spa needs to sort this out. Really wanted to try it but.

This is my favorite place. Best place for massage in Parksville. I have tried many places for pedicure massage, but this is the only place I absolutely loved. Every time I go, Brian is best massage, Brian is just awesome. It's hour away from me, but the drive is totally worth.

I was lucky to find this place! I loved how they do it in detail, and clean way. I love the atmosphere and owners are very nice and service was very satisfying. To be honest, I choose a salon where they have nice interior so I feel like I am actually getting pampered! I like this salon's nice and clean interior. It was a surprise to find a place like this in Parksville. Obviously having a good service with outcome that I wanted is a must. I would definately come here again with my friends. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nail salon where they actually give you service that is worth of money.

I'm not from Parksville but I needed a quick manicure. I stopped by here and I had Ivy do my nails. She was lovely and quick, and most importantly, my nails look wonderful. The atmosphere inside was nice and all of the other staff seemed to be kind, too. I would definitely recommend this place!

I am in town for a wedding & I desperately needed a pedicure. Ivy & Brian the owners of Ivy Nails & Spa were absolutely amazing! The Customer Service was above & beyond. Normally when I get a pedi done you’re in & out with barely a word but Brian was so kind & gave the best service, pedi & massage) Very very happy. I would highly recommend this place.
