Great service from the entire team from start to installation! We were referred to Sheri and the moment we met her we knew we were in the right place. We didn’t know where to start and Sheri put us at ease right away with her expert knowledge and friendly demeaner. She was really informative and patient with us as we went through the process of choosing a tub. Every staff member we met was friendly, caring and informative with a commitment to making sure we were looked after. They have two locations and each time the great service experience is the same and with every customer.
I highly recommend J Adams for your hot tub or pool needs. They are amazing!

2018 FANTASTIC service been all over town trying to understand pool chemicals and they new exactly what I needed right off the bat will defiantly be back and reccommemd to anybody!

WOW! Sherri and Jackie are hot tub ROCKSTARS! Sherri was amazing throughout the buying process. She took the time to explain the tubs available and the features of each tub. The low pressure sales approach is exactly what my wife and I wanted and experienced. After installation, Jackie came to my home and ran through the hot tub as well as the maintenance schedule. J Adam & Sons has made this an easy process and made me feel comfortable with asking questions. Amazing service based company!

Surprisingly disappointing.hard to get a hold of and get workers to the site; they left the job unfinished so I had to hire a second plumber.

Said adding a bathroom was to small a job for them. Wouldn't even give me a ball park number, laughed and hung up after I apologized.horrible customer service.

Exceptional service! I needed an adapter for an old copper sink drain. I tried Homedepot, Rona and Lowe's, no luck, seemed the only option was to replace the sink.
I tried this local shop, without much hope actually. Tyson and service desk girl were so helpful. They did their best to look through their warehouse and finally got the job done within 20 bucks, which saved me 200 bucks sink plus installation.

Didn't have what we wanted in stock except for the floor model. They agreed to sell us that one at a good deal saving us weeks of time. And did you see their awesome hot tubs? We will be back when we need one of those.

Dave came and installed a waste disposal at my place. His service was great. Such a nice guy! Very polite and professional.

These guys, and girls, are great. Have been for years. You want great service and product knowledge? Support the little guy and stay away from the big box stores.

Bad customer service. Wants nothing to do with the customer when they are unhappy. Refuses to talk to you when you have warranty through them? Tells you to deal with their supplier, when the supplier does not deal with the end users and are advised to go to local dealer where you made your purchase. Never takes accountability and the worse customer service I have received. Watch when making large purchases.

Sherri was very helpful on making a great decision on what hot tub that worked for us. She had it delivered and quickly installed.it was up and running within no time at all!

We were supplied with the correct chemicals and she gave us clear direction on how to keep our investment operatung to its optimum. She made the whole process seamless and efficient from beginning to end! We look forward to many years of tubbing! Thank you Sherri!

Extremely happy with the service! Mark was professional and had a positive attitude. He worked quickly and efficiently, and managed to condense all my sink plumbing so I will be able to utilize my cabinet space! He went above and beyond in my opinion. I will definitely be using J Adam & Sons Plumbing again.
