Went all around town looking and J. Ballam had the best selection and service. The quality is excellent. We purchased a leather sectional to replace an existing set and leather recliners for a different area of the house. Recliners delivered yesterday and delivery service was friendly and efficient. Looking forward to getting the sectional next week.

We had a really good experience shopping here. We purchased a bed and a very high quality pull-out hide-a-bed sofa. The hide-a-bed was quite expensive, so we went back to the store several times to look at it, ask questions, etc. Every time they were so friendly and helpful, let us take our time, and were not pushy or "salesy" at all. All the items that we purchased arrived in good condition, and are very good quality. We will definitely shop here again.

We Went in to see Ryan and Jim because we were looking at upgrading our couch and love seat, they were so helpful took us down to see Vouge furniture to design and build out our new furniture, we were able to pick out exactly what we wanted and had it made in Canada which was awesome! Jim took the time on his day off to be with us and make the right decisions! Just want to say that we are truely thankful for all that went in to this build and we are very happy with the product we got for a great price aswell! They were able to stick within our budget! Thank you guys we truely appreciate it! We will be back!

Went first to J Ballam looking for a mattress and they directed me to The Bedroom Gallery. There they were a extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I recommend a bed from this store.

Be very careful, do not judge the book by its cover. The cover is always nice but whats inside not so much. So hows business going bro? Are you still borrowing money to keep the doors open at your furniture store? I hear that you will be soon haveing a GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE? Peehaps its time to just be forthwrite with whats in the book bro and not the cover you want all to see! Its okay just to be you! Good or bad at least you will be respected.
