Stopped here after checking several other places to get a flat tire repaired late in the day on a Friday on my way through town. They were booked solid but both service dept staff spent 10 minutes calling around to find someone who could do it. This is for a non customer with a non-GM rental car. This is spectacular service, helping someone out of a bind. Thanks!

Friendly staff and prompt service. I was in for an oil change and they did a full check to make sure everything was still good which it was but it gives added piece of mind. The waiting area is stocked with water and a coffee machine so beverages are looked after and there was a TV and magazines as well.

Before their change in management, I would invest 3 hours to drive out of my way to visit Cranbrook for service. I've since been astonished from the leaps and bounds this company has made since its management revamped.
Sheena and the ladies in the service department have gone above and beyond to help me. 100% recommended.

Openly admitted to planning to screw me over and have me barred from buying a Ford, forever, by planning to export my near new vehicle. All this despite me addressing the issue ahead of time to confirm they wouldn’t. Disgusting lack of professionalism.

If you wanna spend $80,000 on a brand new truck only to have the tires ware unevenly at 20,000kms because they didn’t inspect our truck before selling it to us with loose tie rods then this is the place to go.their negligence has become our problem and responsibility to replace the tires because they can’t claim the tires thru warranty even tho it shouldn’t be the manufacturers expense.things get loose during transport, that’s normal. It’s up to the dealer to inspect these things.what terrible service. No one knows how to answer calls or even return them in a timely manner.
UPDATE*** I posted this review on FACEBOOK about a week ago and within an hour of the review being up their service manager finally called us to do the right thing. ONLY If I took the review down would they replace our tires. Once that appointment was made and we dropped the truck off, we asked that the old tires be put in the box in the truck since we did pay for those tires in the purchase of our new truck. Jared Neufeld the child that they have managing this dealership had it out with me over the phone saying that wasn’t the deal we made.while I proceeded to call him a crook This grown man says “OK I’m going to pull your truck out of the shop now” and then hangs up on me. So needless to say we didn’t get new tires, our brand new truck has a new huge scratch on the door from the last service appointment and the cab reeks of oil! Also they have now shut off their fb reviews so I’m posting here as-well. So shady

Dont do it! Buy from Fort Macleod or you will forever regret your purchase.

I am currently in the process of a VSA claim and will be contacting the better business burrow next week.

Service is amazing I left my truck there a few times and nothing but the best attitude and professionalism from service adviser and staff!
