DO NOT GO HERE! They are extremely rude and pushy and they’re gold there is garbage! I bought a 10k gold chain for $400 from them and it was junk. I went to try and sell it back and they offered me 50 bucks! I went to a real jewelry store and bought the same chain for 30 dollars cheaper! Don’t go here!

Really bad shop, unprofessional, unfriendly, and illogical in what they'll take and offer. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere:)

I brought my laptop in the lady that was helping me had no clue what she was doing. She would refuse to look up the model number to properly price my laptop she was telling me it was a model that didn't even exist and was telling me with was worth only 200 which is less than half of its value.

Awesome staff, I'm try to call to figer out a payment says there closed till Jan 2 it well past that an no other options can't leave msg? I'm stuck at home in wheelchair currently so can't go down what's up?

Went here a day ago to find a flat silver chain for my brother for Christmas.
They had a lot of selections to choose from and Harley was really helpful just right when we first walked in the door.
She showed my mom and I a lot of options and we were really successful with finding a brand new silver chain that is 20 inches for $96. I’d say that’s a pretty damn good deal because we went to Key Largo Jewelry and Loans across the street and we couldn’t find as much of a selection (still looked good but not what we were looking for).
Nonetheless we were really surprised at the 3 star reviews for Jack’s pawn shop because I had a feeling we were going to be leaving with something special and my hunch was correct:) Jackie was also really sweet too because she was the one that was helping us at checkout and hands down really good service because the people are so lovely and kind and there’s lots of options to choose from. Highly recommend

Been to this place a couple of times. The motorcycle leather selection is great. Want chaps-they have it. Want a jacket-yep, they have. Just ask and they will check in the back. The prices are higher then other places, but the service is spot on.

One negative is the woman that follows you around like a lost puppy. Like slow your role, I’m not a thief.

But other then the creepy woman, check this place out.

I recently went to jacks to try and sell some gold. Not knowing much about gold, I tested it with a magnet. The clasp was magnetic but the chain wasnt. The internet says that its gold because the chain isnt magnetic. The clasp has metal in, thats what makes it strong. So i go to Jacks and 2 women are standing there. I guve them my gold chains. They ask if im pawning or selling, i say selling. They ask what i want for it. Im unsure but the one lady takes about 3 mins to unravel it then 5 mins to check it. I wait patiently. The lady testing it says "well the only gold here are the hoops and the ring" i asked bout the others and say theyre not magnetic though. And she still says "nope its not gold" so i said "ok ill just take it back (thinking ill get a 2nd opinion). The lady standing watching whispers "waste of time". The lady checking it whispers back "yea i know". She preceeds to give me jewelery wrapped in the ziplock bag (not placing it inside). I left really upset by the complete lack of respect and rudeness from them. Ill never go back based on just that comment. Waste of time. It took under 10 mins to check my jewelery and the store had 1 other customer in there, so not even busy! Appalling.

She was very rude and no table maners. I went back there two times and I got the same treatment from her. She looks at me as if I was going to do something wrongful to her or the store.
