First come first served, great rates and prices. I needed my tires balanced and I went there and only waited 20 minutes, pulled in and in 10 minutes was back on my way. I highly recommend Jack's for all your tire needs and services.

Excellent Service today for chg to winter tires. Found out all my tires have TPMS Valves.

I thot were they were Schrader Valves installed by KAL Tire in South Nanaimo.

Awesome service and experience yesterday at Jacks Tire in port Alberni. We were passing through town with our travel trailer coming back from the west coast and had a blow out. Called Canadian tire and they said we could leave it with them for the day and they MIGHT get it done. We went to jacks instead and they had us fixed up within the hour, ended up getting a set of tires instead. While Canadian tire couldn’t be bothered to mount 1 tire, these guys got us back on the road and were great to deal with. I’ll go out of my way to use Jacks tire again next time I need tires for any of my vehicles or trailers. Well done guys, your efforts were noticed!

Jack's Tire in Port Alberni has a great service and you get a perfect support. The people do a very good job. They help us also with a air lift air spring kit for the rear axle. So, we are absolutely happy with Jack's Tire and the service!

Jack's tire were wonderful. They only had 4 tires left in the size I needed for my SUV and put them aside for us and got us an appointment right away to get them put on. Fast friendly staff. Will definitely be going back when we need their services again

Just got some new boots on our truck. They quoted a price, but checked other stuff and added maybe $10. We just came from the Fraser Valley and you don’t get this over there. These guys know workmanship. Only place around that would get us in for a tire swap and sure glad we went there. Staff is quick, knowledgeable and they sell rims there too! Thanks to Jacks for such great help and awesome service!

I was only in town on business for a few days with caliper issues and 3 tires with leaks. They were so helpful, quick and accommodating to help get me back on the road between my meetings. My husband (who was not on this trip) was pleased with the cost and the great service I received, has decided that we will now be ordering future tires there from now on, and provided we can make it there safely, will be doing any other tire services with them despite the 5 hours of traveling to get there! That's how great it was!
