I wanted to purchase a hot tub for many years and finally I now have one from Jacuzzi Backyard Living. I did a lot of research and planned to attend several hot tub stores in the Surrey/ Langley area. My first stop was Surrey Jacuzzi and Grant. Well Grant was so helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns that I signed on the dotted line, gave my deposit, and didn't bother with the other stores or brands. Grant offered his free pool school and it is essential and very helpful to me. It has been a learning curve for sure but knowing that I can email Grant for help
has been very reassuring to me. I would 100% recommend Jacuzzi Backyard Living and Grant Kang. He has been so helpful, and he doesn't make me feel bad for asking questions. Such a good teacher, Thank you, Grant

After a ton of research and visiting multiple different hot tub stores around the area my wife and I were exhausted. We visited the place across the street and left feeling like we had just been at a used car dealership… pushy sales and clearly more concerned with their bottom line then the customers needs. However, Jacuzzi was the complete opposite. Big shout out to Grant! He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and never tried to push the higher priced products. He listened to our individual needs and concerns, and matched us with the best product based off our budget. We never felt rushed or pressured into buying and did not feel guilty when we left the store after our first visit without buying. This customer service is what ultimately led us to choosing Jacuzzi over any other store in the area. I spent 1 on 1 time with Grant learning all about the maintenance and care for the hot tub. He answered all my questions during the session and made understanding everything easy. As a first time owner this made me feel a lot less overwhelmed. I was never up sold on extra bells and whistle and never felt like the session was about anything other then my own learning and benefit. I left feeling confident I could maintain my new hot tub and welcomed to return or call anytime I had questions. Grant it was a pleasure meeting you, thanks for making this entire process seem effortless. Oh and thanks for the great cup of coffee!:)

We are so pleased with the excellent service we received when we purchased a hot tub from Backyard Living of Langley West. Grant Kang, our sales rep went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons of each hot tub, without any pressure whatsoever, which allowed us to make an informed decision on what hot tub best suited our needs. Your service technician, Will Grant, was here within 30 minutes of my call…. Diagnosed the problem as a faulty thermostat and had it replaced within an hour.

Great experience purchasing a hot tub with Jeff Battah. Excellent follow up, very informative, and surprised me with the hot tub almost a month early! My family loves it.

Good quality product & services - I got from them a Jacuzzi hot tub and I am very happy that I did not go with other brands, the quality is very good, and the delivery / electrical processes were very smooth. I had a small problem with the signal reception of their App controlling software, the service tech was very speedy, diagnosed and offered additional antenna installation for free. Furthermore, the tub water quality testing reports are very advance and useful, made maintaining the water quality easy.

I purchased a hot tub in the summer from Jacuzzi Backyard Living. The staff (especially Aidan and Ken) were helpful when making the purchase but have also been extremely helpful over the last few months while I have been learning how to run my new hot tub. I would highly recommend this store if your looking for a hot tub especially if you are new to hot tubs.

The folks at Backyard Living where great and very helpful. From initial visit to installation everything when very smoothly. I’m now enjoying my hot tub and go in regularly to have my water complementary tested to maximize the quality of hot tub experience. Ask for Aidan to help with picking out a unit.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Aiden and Ken. We have been hot tub owners for almost 20 yrs. We have tried many different brands. Jacuzzi is the best designed and most comfortable tub we have ever owned. Dealing with the Ken's team was a great experience we would recommened them to everyone.
