Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Backyard Living of Langley East

They had the part I was looking for even though the brand wasn't jacuzzi and came from an old hot tub. Love the service and will always go there for my hottub needs:)

Customer service = ZERO. If you buy a hot tub from them, make sure you ask the delivery team to set up the umbrella for you and place it under the tub while they are there. Also make sure to ask them to snake the hot tub drain to the side of the tub or you’ll have to do it yourself. Live and you learn. These weren’t done for me and when I asked, store manager Wade’s response was “we don’t work for free, pay me $175, and we’ll come out and run the drain”. This is after spending $20k on a tub. I offered to open up the hot tub panel for his tech to make it quicker, he said he would see what he could do and never called me back. The store feels entitled to your business, in hindsight I would have gone with coast spas in Langley or beach comber. My neighbours have had multiple issues with their experience, we would not recommend buying from this team. BUYER BEWARE

We had a hot tub serviced by these folks after another company gave us a very high estimate of repair. Jacuzzi Langley sent out a great technician, he promptly fixed it for a lot less money! Great work.

My experience with Jacuzzi Backyard living in Langley was phenomenal. My sales person Brett was extremely informative and attentive to my requests, and the owner Ken did a fantastic job at making me feel like I was his only customer. The delivery was very Smooth and exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend purchasing your first or next spa from one of Ken's 3 locations. You will not be disappointed.

Came in for the first time a few months ago and dealt with the owner Ken. He was quite rude and short with me when I decided I didn't want to purchase the product I was interested in. Other employees I spoke with were pleasant and helpful but my experience with the owner was terrible. Prices were very inflated, and in some cases the equivalent products were nearly half the price at other nearby stores. I will not be coming back after being treated as disrespectfully I was.

Our family recently bought two hot tubs and are super happy with both of them. This is actually the sixth hot tub my wife and I have owned but the first Jacuzzi brand - and this is the best one yet. We got great help in making our tub choices and the support so far has been excellent from Aidan and the team.

I dealt with Aiden who was extremely knowledgeable and has helped us as new tub owners. Communication was great, and he’s always there to help with chemical balancing etc. Highly recommend them!

Ken and his staff are awesome! Always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. I highly recommend this store. And their products are great also! 5 Stars!

Hot tubs are of the best quality and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best things I have spent money on for sure. Soaking the old bones is awsome:)
