Jag’s furniture has an extensive amount of furniture options and a huge showroom. We initially came in for a sectional couch on their website and went to the showroom to test it in person. Though it wasn’t what we had hoped for, we easily found another that was exactly what we were looking for! Monica was never pushy, very helpful throughout the process, and always available via text to answer any questions we had.

Had to take off one star for the delivery being late but Monica helped to contact the warehouse for updates after they passed the 2-hour window.

Overall negative experience with Jags- Langley. I bought a Dresser, side tables and couch two years ago and staff was great. My Archie sectional’s frame broke after two years. Thankfully I purchased extended warranty to cover the damage, although here’s where the issues began. The insurance company, Guardsman, told us we originally could get a direct replacement, which is ideally what we wanted as we loved the couch. After back and forth communication with Guardsman, they took over 4 months to decide whether they would provide the warranty coverage. Once we received the credit, we were told we had to pay FULL price using our credit (could not get any sale prices that were available publicly to customers) and we had to pay shipping fees even though the sectional broke due to the poor quality wood frame. The salesperson I dealt with was okay, although made a comment “I work on commission, and I’ll let you know any warranty coverage I do not make commission on.so I’m trying to do you a favour right now. ” I found this extremely unprofessional as this is part of your job as a salesperson. For this overall unsatisfying experience I will like not shop at Jags Furniture for a long time, nor will my family/ friends.

Edit: We use the sectional approximately once per day and it was delivered July 15 and today September 19. The couch is already started to show signs of wear - tons of pilling in such a short period of time. When we were looking for a couch we specified that we wanted fabric that was going to hold up.

AJ was great to deal with. He gave us a great deal and there was no pressure on the sale. We left and went to a few other furniture stores in the area. We eventually decided on purchasing from Jags as they had the style we wanted in stock and could deliver the following weekend.

AJ is awesome. Kind, considerate man. Knowledgeable and non-pressure kind of sales person.

We had been looking for a particular sofa style. After many many many stores and experiences. AJ takes the cake with his good vibes and kind way of working. Other furniture stores made us want to leave. But AJ @ JAG makes you feel welcome.

Update: another 5 starts for their furniture delivery service. A couple of extremely polite and helpful men! Thanks you for your hard work. They set the entire sectional up, brought it up the stairs, they even plugged it in and hauled away all the boxes/ wrapping.

Very bad experience with the recent purchase of high end dining table! After they got your money and delivered the product, no customer service at all! They refused to change manufactory defect table! Be careful what you saw in their show room and what you will receive when they delivered. Maybe totally different quality of the products! Very disappointed! Still waiting for their response.

After our first visit to Jag’s furniture, we were able to find our perfect bed and couch. We were very grateful for the help of their representative, RJ. RJ was attentive, professional and informative to all our questions. He also offered great suggestions that helped us find the most fitting furniture pieces for our new house. Additionally, the store provides many options and customizations of furniture to choose from, which makes the shopping much more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience there and will definitely ask for RJ again if we need any new furniture.

Update: One item wasn’t delivered and we received 3 different stories about why.

AJ was kind enough to stay after closing to sell us a couch. He also helped us work within our budget. Hopefully delivery goes just as well!

This Store has a huge collection and some really beautiful pieces. I have bought my whole furniture from here and they have never let me down in providing good customer service. Monica (sales) was attentive without being high pressure. When we were ready to buy, she scheduled delivery and free installation for 1 wk from purchase date. On delivery day, the installers called at 8: 15 am to confirm, and had the chair delivered and installed by 10: 15 (approx 15-20 min install time) and even took the wrappings away. All of the Jag's staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. Very happy with service, price and installation.

I just moved to the province and have been furniture shopping from September and it as truly been hell. I would walk in a store and be there for 30mins and no one would acknowledge me, if they do they would get irritated by my many questions. I was really starting to lose hope and the lack of customer service was mind blowing. On Thursday I went to Jag's Furniture and as I waked through the door I was greeted by Brij, he answered all my many questions, walked around the store with me at least 3xs because I couldn't make up my mind. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He made me feel like I was the only customer in the store (I wasn't). I love the way he took his time to show me every piece that I waa interested in. I purchased the most beautiful dinning room table and I definitely will be coming back. If it was possible I would give a 10 star rating! Brij is amazing!

Love, love, love our couch. It’s a great dupe for the Restoration Hardware couch for a fraction of the price. Monica was so helpful from the start of the process up until the end. She was so willing to help with anything possible, including having our delivery arranged for the day after we purchased when a cancellation came up! Definitely recommend.

Went to view a couch we saw online, thinking it would be months until delivery because of Covid delays. Rather the sales rep, Monica, was able to show us the model, the fabric, and get it set for delivery in less than an hour of our arrival. Great experience and very happy we made the trip from Vancouver!

We purchased the 5 piece modular cloud 9 sofa and it literally arrived at our doorstep within just over a week. Incredible! Needless to say, my wife and I were very happy with the purchase but the level of customer service received from Joe before, during and after the sale was second to none. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of his products including dimensions and quality of design. We had a warranty issue that needed to be dealt right away and Joe was with us every step of the way and exceeded our expectations and ensuring our issue was resolved quickly. Monica at Jag's helped my wife and I buy a bed frame and matching nightstands today. We were having trouble finding a California King bed frame in Canada (I'm tall), but Jag's offers some of their bed designs in this size. They have a few designs we like, and we were able to finally decide on the one we wanted.

When we first arrived Monica told us they didn't have any Cal King beds available, but after we explained that we were OK to wait for it to be built (about a 6-week wait time currently) Monica was super helpful. She called the owner to confirm the customizations we wanted were possible - we wanted two storage drawers on each side of the bed, rather than two in the footboard on the end - and she gave us a "package deal" discount of more than $300 on our bed + nightstands order. The price also included tax, delivery, and assembly/installation. No hidden fees)

After we left, she texted me to confirm our mattress measurements, to be double-sure the bed would be the right size. We appreciated her determination to deliver everything we wanted and can't wait to receive our new bed in a month and a half.

I was desperately looking for a sectional because the one I ordered from another store informed me that delivery would be delayed by 3 months. I came across Jag's on Instagram a while back and remembered they had nice sectionals but I never considered them because their locations were far from our home but I decided to email the Langley store on Facebook anyway. Within an hour, sales associate Monica replied and was incredibly helpful. She recommended a sectional I hadn't considered while browsing their website and I'm glad I made the drive out because the couch was exactly what we were looking for. The sectional came exactly one week after purchase (not all of their sectionals are available that quickly) and our family is so happy with it. The two men delivering our sectional were pleasant, on time, and assembled our sofa quickly. Thanks for everything!

The worst customer service experience I have had to date. Although it started well, Jag's Furniture has proved that they do not care about customer satisfaction, professionalism, or taking accountability. I understand that there are many complications in manufacturing a custom couch, especially during COVID-19, however, the team at Jag's completely dropped the ball on my couch. It is now 6 weeks PAST the original delivery date and Jag's has not provided me any meaningful updates in the last 4 months and flat out acknowledged that they received my emails but did not respond. Further to that, the sales rep that I have been dealing with continues to minimize my concerns, frustrations, and acted very flippant when I asked for some type of compensation for not having my couch when it was guaranteed to arrive well before Christmas.
After countless emails and phone calls, they have offered me a mere $50 credit on my $3000 couch. NOT ONCE has a manager reached out to me despite my clear frustration with their lack of customer service.
I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company as all they want and care about, is getting your money.

We recently visited Jag's Langley looking for a sectional. I thoroughly research most purchases prior to visiting a store, and don't allow myself to make impulse decisions. I thought I knew how to distinguish quality products from inferior ones. Sam politely corrected me on one point, and showed me a couple other things to check for. We felt comfortable, and no pressure, and Sam was always available for questions. We bought the perfect sectional for our needs, and I got the Lennox Swivel chair in the softest fabric, but was told it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery. To my delight, Sam called after only 9 days! It was delivered the day after the sectional. Thank you Sam, thank you Jag's. I will post pictures soon, just need another piece or two to complete our life. Mr & Mrs Dirks

This is the second purchase I have made with Jag's furniture, great quality for the price. The delivery was AMAZING, the guys showed up and placed it into my apartment and even took the plastic wrap. I had wanted to purchase all my furnishings with them but didn't have time to wait for them so I had to buy from the box furniture store and the comparison between them is incomparable. Sam was very helpful until I received the bedroom suite and couch. Once that happened and I was so disappointed with my purchase, the customer service was terrible. I spent over $5,000 at Jag's and could have done better with second hand items off of Craigslist. I would not recommend Jag’s to anyone.
