JAK's Beer Wine and Spirits

Whosever is reading this, I just want to grab your attention to staff working there. I am Uber Eats driver and usually take deliveries from here. Everytime one or another item is missing in order. 3 times I cross checked and everytime an item was missing and I asked everytime about missing item and they were like "sorry forgot to put that in" but this time, I was in rush and took bag, but when I delivered to customer, again a 6 pack of beer was missing. I went back to check with staff but they were like " we will deal with refund by ourselves". But what about driver's time and reputation. Our job gets affected with this. I wonder as if items missing are ever going back in inventory or not? Really disappointed with what the staff at this location do every time with online orders. This is complete business loss. Definitely not a place to order online.

This newly reopened location is excellent. Seems to be very well run as well and it's clean and well laid out. Definitely will be coming here often.

Don’t bother going there even 10 minutes prior to closing they won’t let you in

Went into the store on Father's day to pick a few gin cocktail drinks. I get home and one seamed half full. So drive all the way back. Take the can in hand it the clerk. He's like what's up? I said it half full. Oh I can replace it. Yah but i just drove here so what about customer service. I won't be back.

After a 4 year absence, its back.
Plenty of choices for wine, beers and hard stuff.
