Good selection and everything is very neat

I've always loved visiting Jaks, this Richmond one has some interesting asian alcoholic drinks too, which is different from the others.

Sent them a SkipTheDisehes order which clearly stated a Bud Light-24 Pack order, when the driver delivered it was a Bud regular and he told me don’t worry the store will take care of it as long as I didn’t open it and they would send me the correct item. I was on with Skip chat showing them I was sent a 24 pack of Budweiser which I didn’t want, was told the store would make it right but after about an hour of waiting was told the wasn’t there to accept the courier who had arrived. It is still in my fridge unopened and this issue is unresolved, wouldn’t use them for a courier order.

Great selection. Only thing odd is they have a tip option on the credit machine. You really shouldn't be tipping at a liquor store.

Definitely doesn't have the craft beer selection like other Jak's locations do. Pretty small and basic offering.

This is a neighborhood size store with a decent selection of wine and spirits. The pricing was what I expected, a bit above what a large superstore would be.
