I ordered Masai beef ribs through Uber Eats. The size of the rib is indescribable. It was the first African food I tried, and I was satisfied. If you are temporarily unable to serve French fries, please notify in advance.
I was so looking forward to going to thiis restaurant. My family and I are from Africa and I heard they had some of my childhood favorites.exciting.well it was actually kinda disappointing. I ordered chicken skewers and they were great, but the mains.mushkaki and ribs were sub par. Fries were cold and the chili corn was soggy and underwhelming. My family ordered a few other dishes and while they were creatively described on the menu and seemed enticing I should have just ordered 40 chicken skewers and left it at that meat was dry and overcooked, chewy and hard to eat. Prices were unreasonably high for the quality. Oddly based on the menu I felt the prices were pretty good. I didn't feel that way at the end of the meal. I guess I'll just go back to Uganda for good Indian food.
I had an amazing time and the food were of big portions and Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. Wonderful staff and the food didn't take long to be served.
Less options for vegetarians in meals. We tried Pasata - Paneer butter which was good.enough for 2 people. Do not order chilli paneer if you are expecting gravy. We had to replace it with butter paneer to eat with naan. They have good options for vegetarians in starters.
I am not a person who usually put bad review about places because i personally work in hospitality but i felt the garlic naan dough was sour. Most importantly, i ordered a tea and asked a guy for extra cup but he said it will be extra cost which i found ridiculous. Thanks
I always love the food here it's absolutely delicious and flavorful. The waitresses were really nice and attentive too. The atmosphere is really calm and quiet and it's a great place to catch up with friends or family. Highly recommend
I really enjoyed the food which I ordered. The quality and tender of the meat is very delightful. Love this place. Food was not that spicy but the quality and quantity of the food is really good.
My first time but not the last. The restaurant serves wide variety of both Indian and African dishes. There's really a lot to choose for and we all enjoyed our food. The African menu contains names and flavours that were new to us. The server was really helpful and helped us to navigate through the menu options. It was lunch and the place was mostly quiet, without much of a vibe but maybe evenings are different. Regardless, it certainly worth at least a few more visits
People sometimes forget we have a lot of diversity in this town! Jambo is great for African and Indian flavours. The menu reflects this and is split into two sections. Service friendly, food even better!
I swear I'm not racist, but the thought of eating in a safari, with motifs such as "jungle ribs" is really off-putting to me.
I had the meat hali thali, it came with two curries and other dishes, and was a decent amount of food. The curries weren't as flavourful as others I've had, and the chicken curry in particular was not good. I wasn't a fan of the Gujarati dal, it was too thin and tangy. The rest of the dishes were alright, papad, naan, Kheer, and I liked the carrot pickles.
I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have a 5 star. Rib platter amazing. Rice and fries soooooo good. Deserts are delicious. I’m totally wowed. Amazing experience.
