Today I decided to look around for a Notary, called Mr. JAMIE and he managed to fit me in right away. In about 15 min from calling him and get there everything was done. Was amazed how fast and simple was to help with my requests. Really professional, to the point and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use his services again.

Jamie is very helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. He will level with you about the reality of working within the constraints of your mortgage, and is absolutely lovely, even if you ask him to stay after hours to sign paperwork!

I needed one page notarized. The going-rate is $40. He wanted $125. I went to another Notary 2 miles away, and they charged me $40. He claimed "I have to charge that much because it involves pension. " The other notary had me in and out of the office in under 10 minutes. We spent 10 minutes in the Taleb office just talking about the form and the price. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Although I hadn’t made any appointment before and Mr Taleb was almost leaving, he stayed to get my job done.
I’m so glad to get to know him, he’s a friendly and respectable man.

Jamie was incredibly helpful when I had to documents notarized. I needed these documents notarized asap and he fit me into his schedule immediately. He explained the process of notarizing and was very thorough while also being efficient! Jamie made it a great experience!

I called Jamie at 5: 45 pm to get one page notarized and asked him is it ok if I come near closing time as they close at 6. He said OK as long as you come before 6. I rushed quickly so he doesn't need to wait for me specially after closing time.
I was there at 5: 58 pm and then he told me at 6: 04 pm as he was on phone with another client that I will charge $100 dollars because I waited 30 mins for you.
Still trying to figure out how is 4 min equivalent to 30 mins.
I don't understand how they get courage for all this, taking advantage of someone's situation.
There is always a genuine price for everything. GREEDY.

I suggest this office for every one who needs notary services because he guides you in the best way and does work on time with a certain plan.

Unprofessional, deceitful and rude. Jamie quoted us $50 on the phone to sign a single document and ended up trying to charge us double. He wasted our time.
