This fine young gentleman, was God sent. He came into our lives when we had the urgency to sell our house, which was caught in a complex situation. We also missed purchasing another house that we liked. Systematically, he guided us through both the processes of buying and selling, at the same time. My husband and I are seniors and did not have the courage to take any risk but his approach, confidence, persistence, consistency, organization and patience, helped solve problems for us, at both ends. One thing that I really liked about his professionalism, is that he never patronized us. He respected the other party, just as much as he held our interest.
