Food is good on a cold day but service was lacking and when I inquired about how long my pho would be just as a question they gave me a cold tone

Have only tried the kalbi “ Ribelicious”. It was on special. Buy one get one free. Very tasty, yummy! And not very fatty. Good amount of meat and great value! This is our 2nd time ordering the kalbi this week!

Cannot comment on their pho or other food as i have not tried it. I prefer lemongrass meat. Will try the chicken next time! Cannot comment on the service either nor the atmosphere as we had the food delivered.

Rude staff.started arguing when i asked for less ice without any extra drink.

Not sure why I needed to order and pay before I sat down to enjoy a meal in a restaurant, but the food was decent and the waitress was very friendly. I can understand the pay first policy if you are a gas station and it's 3 in the morning-not sure it works for a restaurant.

I ordered their Hue noodle, garlic steak pho and Bahn mi. It was really tasty:) I'm definitely oreder again:)

when you order for delivery, it's better to microwave their fresh noodle a minute before you put the soup! Much better:)

They are good once in a while. I got take out. They forgot to cook the food right and send my second sub while my guest are waiting and I only get half a refund. Typical customer service.

The service is slow. Inconsistency across the chain. Coquitlam location is best. Kingsway location has friendly staff. Oak location service was slow, and y accommodating. Menus items advertised are not actually in the dish.

Please avoid this franchise, there's much more selection in Kerrisdale or South Granville. Overcharge for a bowl of "pho". Minimal beef and lots of MSG in the soap.

There was no meat in my beef steak tripe and tendon pho. 1 small slice of steak and nothing else.

We visited this place for evening snacks on a weekday. We tried the Vietnamese salad rolls, chicken banh mi and chicken fries. The portion size was generous and taste was good.

Amazing takeout. I might've been hungry but both items were delicious! The seared garlic steak had generous portions of meat (I ordered extra brisket) and the roll was nice and crispy. The broth would have been greasy on another day but I was starving, so I appreciated it.

There is definitely enough food here to make a person full. The takeout was impressively well packed. Holistically a wow-ing takeout experience. Would recommend!

Got the $10 deal. Pho with roll and drink. Not bad for the price you pay. Portion was quite a lot too.

Do not go here! They make you order online to get 10% off and then a few days later they make a correction to the payment and end up charging you $10 more. I’m out $20 now from the two times I went! I’m not happy at all! Do not order from here!

I like this place, never crazy busy, staff is friendly, food is good, menu has a few options. Don't really like the pho here, but the vermicelli noodle dishes & drinks are great, especially on hot summer days.

Terrible staff terrible food. Nothing in there is decent, I’d give 0/5 if possible. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother coming here. I ordered pickup and it said 7: 39 when I went in at that time the lady said “5 mins “ I thought whatever I’ll wait the 5 mins. But no I was there waiting for 35+ MINUTES. I was not offered a place to sit or anything she just made me wait there while she was doing nothing. When I finally got my order I let her know that I waited more than 30 mins. And all she had to say was: “ oh…. Sorry? ”
That being said the food wasn’t even remotely decent. TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE

Gone downhill. I remember coming here 3 years ago when there was a waitress that took your order and the broth had flavour. Now what you get is a soulless all that can't really take your order correctly. Now you get a bland and flavorless broth and the inability to order any extra add ons cause the waitress doesn't have the ability to enter any new orders manually. Ugh. Covid literally ruins everything.

The sole serving staff there was hard working but I think she needed support to make this place work! One person shouldn't be greeting customer, checking vaccination information, cleaning table, taking orders, making bubble tea and collecting money! On top if it all- the food is extremely disappointing!

Food honestly pretty terrible, ate in and food tasted like it was in take out container. Inattentive and extremely rude staff even for asian restaurant. Honestly worst pho restaurant I've been to.

My family love to eat PHO soup.
So I know what to expect with the taste and with whats included. You need to ask for stuff. So disappointed!

Sept 2021: We drove from Richmond to your location in heavy rain to get my birthday drink. It was unfortunate that you closed 10 mins earlier than advertised. Also, it was a different (not a nice) experience having the door intentionally locked on us when we were standing directly outside after the interaction. Stars modified.

I think it was Nini (as it says on the receipt) who helped us. She was great! She also told us about the membership info that I didn't know previously when I came.

With COVID-19 the system of ordering and paying via mobile makes things easier. Food was served relatively quick and tasted good. Get the lychee explosion - it's a goodie through the summer heat

Great rice and chicken, rice and pork dishes. I love that they gave a big portion with lots of veggies, too! My partner didn't love the pho but at least the portions were massive, which partially made up for it. The bubble tea was great!

Ordered lemongrass chicken on rice. Waited 45 minutes…waiter then tells me that they ran out of rice. Waiter tells us it would take another 15 minutes to cook rice. Ended up waiting 1 hour for my food.

Do not go there and waste money, just ordered the pineopoly smoothie，it’s just slush, no milk at all; and the lychee cooler, where the hell is the fruit bite? Just some ice blended with frozen fruit from cans.

Bad service, nothing special on the broth, slow. Their popcorn chicken is OK but their pho is irredeemable.

Fast friendly service and huge bowls of yummy! Try the Jazen tea! Strawberry smoothie is my favorite!

Family of 4 had lunch today. First time here. Fantastic food, great service. Will highly recommend. Thought it was very reasonably priced, given the location. Establishment was clean & neat, nothing fancy & good for family.

Okay it's the most stingy restaurant I've ever seen in my life. I ordered a regular size of traditional steak and meatball pho to go and this was what they gave me. Bye.
Update: I emailed them after they replied to my comment, but so far I haven't heard anything back from them. Hehehe. Do you guys really care about your customers?
Update: I went to the restaurant today and the manager gave me a $20 gift card.

Their service is terrible. I order the chicken pho often due to dietary restrictions, and more often than I should, I find beef in my bowl. When you show the employees, they have no clue how to rectify the problem or keep their guest happy. Dirty tables and spoons, poor cleanliness, dirty booths. Rushed (for no reason) wait staff who are more entertained by the idea of conversing with each other than brining water/tea to tables, cleaning, making sure guests have clean spoons, or collecting payment.
You're looking at a decent menu, but their menu is not planned out well, and hard to follow if you aren't used to the cuisine. There is also limited options available for vegetarian or chicken dishes. The pho is average, but far better than the other menu options. Their veggies do not taste fresh.

Hard as rock lemon grass pork chops. Bad for teeth and jaw. Risk of injuring. How can they even serve old and dried pork chops. Avoid

This is a franchise, unbeknownst to us when we bought the Groupon, so the pho itself wasn’t amazing. The popcorn chicken and bubble tea smoothies though? SO FRICKIN GOOD. Will most likely go back just for those two items.

Excellent place to have Pho. Quiet atmosphere for heart to heart chat with co-workers and BFF's alike. Get a free membership and can collect points for savings as well as birthday's coupn.

I came in and was told I could sit anywhere I wanted, did not recieve a menu, despite how empty it was, the staff just looked at me and walked by and didn't do anything, I waved them down, still ignored. I just got frustrated and walked out. Terrible service, empty headed staff.

Very western style Vietnamese restaurant. Food is ok, nothing special. The services are next to none. But you will get your food. Don't worry.

For those of you who think service is slow, I would disagree. My wife and I eat here once a week, and the wait time is very reasonable. Once food is ordered, it doesn't take long before the meal arrives. They smile and are polite. For the quality of the food and service combined with great prices, I don't know how people can complain. Sure, this is not fine dining, but a quick noodle soup is as good here as any Pho restaurant.
