Prices and product are good, however, both times I have shopped here I have been annoyed and frustrated. The person "helping" has been unhelpful, short mannered, rude and condescending and she comes across like she has very little knowledge of dance shoes and does not let the customer look or browse the leotards or clothing. Both times I have been in store, she took very little time or care in making sure the shoes felt good and fit properly and instead commented that "those will work" without even feeling or checking my dancer's feet. Instead of providing adequate customer service, they do the complete opposite and the only reason I returned is because they carry a shoe the other dance shops do not, otherwise, I would never return. My recommendation would be to take your business else and consider shopping at the other dance shops if you want kind, courteous and knowledgeable service.

My little one is starting ballet and I stopped in here to grab the essentials for the first time. Staff were super helpful. I'm giving four stars because I think the hours are a little inconvenient for working families, but otherwise a lovely experience.

Emily was wonderful! We had a limited amount of time to search for the right pointe shoe and she fitted me perfectly almost immediately. Wonderful selection of costumes, gear and more, and just wonderful people. Thanks so much again!
