Jason was very warm and welcoming when I visited the store. He helped me purchase my glasses with help from extended benefits! Will be visiting again for my next pair!

I called this office 3 times for my daughter eye appointment but the front girls are so, nobody make appointment such unprofessional staff. So frustrating

Was recommended by my sister and glad she did! Jason and his team are amazing. Very knowledgeable, good prices and excellent selection of both frames and sunglasses. Lots of designers to choose from. Only problem is, it’s hard to decide lol. Great customer service! They are busy, so be patient. The wait is worth it. Love my frames and sunglasses! Thank you Jason and team. Well done

Komal was very humble, friendly and helpful. She knows very well how to treat customers. First time and first place we have that welcoming treatment. We purchased a pair of sunglasses with reasonable price. Definitely I recommend them.

Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. No one in North America can beat the prices at JC optical nor can they provide the customer service you get at this place!

First time visit to JC Optical last month; very impressive. They have great variety, beautiful designs. Interaction with staff was very courteous; both Isha and Harjot were very professional and nice in dealing. Interaction with Jason was also very good, he is very friendly, humble and helpful. Eye exam with Dr. Hetul was very nice experience, he is very authentic, knowledgeable and polite. Overall, we enjoyed our visit there and got our favorite glasses.

Worst customer service ever.
Waited for almost 20 minutes in store and no one greeted us.
There were 5 staff members and they just did not even care about customer.
No customer obsession. I wish there would have been an option for 0 star rating.

Such a terrible coustomer service! My husband and I went to this store few weeks ago. The guy at the counter desk told us to explore the glasses and said when you finalized something, just let me know. Later on, when we were exploring the glasses throughout the store, we were at one corner, then suddenly one girl from their staff told us, can you give them (other customer) a side, because she was dealing with that customer and wanted to show them first. No apology to us. I felt that I am not a customer there. No one helped us to show any pair of glasses. Finally, we left the store and my husband told them we felt bad, then again no sorry from the staff. I realised, they don't care about their customers. Later, we went to another store and got best customer service. At least, the store staff should learn some etiquettes for customer dealing. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Jc optical and hearing is the THE Best place in surrey. This was my first vist for my eye glasses the most important thing about them is all the staff members are very polite and the understand ur concern specifically komal.jason and rohit also very helpful. I strongly recommend JC optical and hearing to everyone thanks guys for doing great work

All the staff members at JC optical & hearing are very friendly and highly professional. They have a huge inventory for both mens and women sunglasses and prescription glasses. Prices are always reasonable and less as compared to others. I highly recommends their services for vision and hearing.

Although they have a great variety for the glasses.but my experience with them was very bad. Very unprofessional, (except one guy I don’t know his name) instead of looking at the issue in the product, they passed unneccesary useless comments to me. Anyhow, the product that i got again turned out to be the same (alignment of the glasses)

The staff were not friendly, i dont know why they were showing attitude specially the chubby girl. This was the worst service ever in my life.

Not giving fair deals, on first visit tell some other price and on day we bought they increase $50 I am not recommending this place to my friends and family. Very disappointed.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. I was able to get my pair of glasses made on the same day.
