I’ve been seeing Dr Shah and her team for years! Her and the staff are always super friendly and professional. And I’ve never had any issues bringing my family or kids to see her. I’m so glad I found them!

I had not been to a dentist in over 12 years and I am so impressed with the care the Dr Shah provided. My past experinece kept me away frm the dentist and I will only go to Dr Shah from now on. The receptionist just returned from maternity leave and she is phenomenal and just a ray of sunshine. My son also had not been to a dentist in over 4 years and he was very nervous but again Dr Shah and her caring bedside manner is absolutely amazing. I am so grateful to find a dentist that cares so much and she makes a dentist appointment not scary. Thanksyou Dr Shah and all of your staff for your amazing professionalism and care.

Jericho dental was a fantastic place to go for your dental needs. When I walked it in was clean and I was greeted by everyone and introduced to each person before being brought into one of the exam rooms. They explained each part as they took x-rays, went over the cleaning and even discussed my need for fillings. I was shown all the problem spots on both x-ray and a small camera that they took little snips of where she was seeing each thing. They were able to get us in within a couple days of the first call and follow up appointments for fillings.
I was called and checked in on by the Dentist Dr. Shah that night to make sure I was okay. I have problems with freezing and was anxious about possibly feeling it but she was very thorough in making sure I knew when to expect the pokes as well as gave a little extra freezing to make sure. When there was a slight feeling she stopped and did additional blocks and checked on me several more times after to make sure it was working.
They were kind, clean, efficient, polite and very professional. If I was better with names I would thank each of them individually because I appreciated every one of them. Thank you to all of Jericho Dental!

After spending most of my adult life in the UK, it was a joy to become a patient of Dr Shah and her great team (recommended by my mother). I'm fearful of dental work but Dr Shah's empathy and kindness has been so reassuring. I recently visited with sudden pain and sensitivity and was able to get an early morning appointment. My examination by Debbie and Dr Shah was thorough, and found no decay or broken teeth; diagnosis was jaw pain caused by grinding and clenching. Plan was made to replace an very old tooth cover (caused by grinding) and protect two exposed teeth. Dr Shah's fees are so reasonable and transparent. I was given estimates for the work I plan to get done at a later time. I really really appreciate the way I have been treated during every visit I've had.
I was given excellent advice on how to deal with my tooth sensitivity and how to protect my teeth in the future.
I very highly recommend Dr Shah and her team - so professional and adept with dealing with nervous patients! Thank you!

I've been going to Dr. Shah since she first opened. Even though I don't live in the neighbourhood anymore, I still drive the 50 mins to see her. She's super gentle and explains everything.

Great Dentist! Dr. Shah always makes me feel comfortable which is hard when you have always been afraid of the dentist. If there is ever an issue she makes herself available to look after you right away. She also works Saturdays and has after work appointments.

"Gentle dental" I had a fear of dentists and dental work. Dr. Shah has turned all that around. She is the best dentist EVER.
