I always forget to ask the ladies name when I come!

Whenever I or my partner come to the store, duo or solo she's always there to meet us with a smile as we come through the door, I have a bit of a condition and my memory runs somewhat thin most of the time, still whenever im struggling to remember something, she just blows it out of the park by remembering everything and always giving the 10/10 reccomendations to me, I will say everytime I come I have the same experiance with the lady and its very ovbious she goes the extra mile.so let her know its much appreciated from us!

Overall as a store, you guys are doing an amazing job, unfortunately we cannot give more than a 5/5 or we would!

This store is not run by nice/reasonable people. I had a friend in there as my town was completely out of what I was looking for so I asked him to swing by on the way through Ladysmith. He called me in the store when about to buy the item. Once they heard me verify what I wanted (After I had called to check it was in stock and notified them someone would be by to pick it up for me) they said they would not sell it as it was for someone else. After I took issue with that they then started saying they needed to see ID my friend is 40 BTW is obviously over 21. He even had other ID like a credit card and gym membership but they did not care. I hope it had nothing to do with the fact he was Indian. I will never be back to this store or the other 2 locations. What appalling service. Wish I could score it less.

1 star due to the young man that was no help at all. Tried asking him questions and he pointed me over to their computer tablets to search for information i barely knew anything of. I walked out, probably will not return for a 2nd try

Amazing service in an upscale atmosphere. Will never go anywhere else. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and don't make you feel out of place when you're not familiar with the products. The owner's clearly have a passion for this beautiful store! Thank you!
