We discovered Jesse by luck. While casually browsing for a new home for our parents, we found ourselves without a realtor. Jesse happened to be the listing realtor for a home we were interested in, and even though it already had an offer on it Jesse agreed to make the drive to South Langley to show us the property. Jesse's patience is truly remarkable! He consistently went the extra mile to explain everything to our elderly parents, ensuring they felt at ease throughout the entire process. We can't emphasize enough how amazing Jesse was!

As an Indigenous woman I began my search on my own primarily due to trust and respect concerns. After attempting to connect with another agent to set up viewings, I was close to giving up. However, the morning I sent Jesse a message he was immediately responsive and by the end of the evening I had put in an offer on a beautiful condo. The very efficient stager Julie he referred to me did a great job leading to great video photography, excellent brochure, and timely listing of our house.
2. He referred me to a super competent and compassionate broker Marc Douglas who helped with my mortgage approval despite my financial condition and marital situation.
3. He patiently accompanied me to more than a decade of viewings. He was very swift to set a viewing, which eventually led me to win the bid for our current place in the same neighborhood.

He is such a professional and golden-hearted person. He is a trooper for surviving all the setbacks and hurdles we experienced along the way.

I honestly cannot think of anything Jesse could have done better during the process of purchasing our apartment. He set up several viewings back to back and a few more within a few weeks. Jesse went over and above what you would expect in a realtor. He rolled up his sleeves and helped us get the house ready both inside and out. Jesse fantastic when it came to selling our house we had been in for 18 years and had 40 years worth of stuff accumulated. He was very sensitive and understood the attachment to things. He brought in a stager (Julie) she was great to work with. Jesse jumped right to in to help. The builder hadn’t put a grate over the window well and we searched for one with no luck. Jesse measured that night then went home, the next day he came back and had built one to fit. That’s going above and beyond! He also brought a chainsaw and helped clear the trees & bushes in the front garden. I bet your realtor never did that, amazing!
When we were looking for houses he never took us to see anything that didn’t have the criteria that we had told him we wanted in our house or send ads for the same. We would highly recommend Jesse he is awesome!

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Jesse Bregg. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and have little knowledge of the entire process. The moment we met Jesse, we knew instantly he will find us our first home! He made us feel very confident from day 1 throughout the entire home purchase with timely-ongoing communication, and with him going way above and beyond for us until the closing process. Challenging times we are in, but Jesse made the entire experience easy-peasy. He took the time to know what we want and needed for our first home, filter out the listings according to our budget and must-haves in a website specific for us, which was pretty neat and organized! He was able to get us to showings on the listings we favorited in an instant. He is incredibly knowledgeable and pointed out pros and cons of each listings that would have totally escaped us. He never, however, imposed, but offered his expertise as a guide or counsel, working according to our needs and interests. He dedicated his time, and even his weekends to helping us in the search.
