Jet Pet Resort North Shore

It was Lucky’s first time to be in a dog boarding place. Jack and the team have made a pleasant and welcoming experience to Lucky. Kate did a wonderful job in walking us through the process. Lucky was a happy boy when we picked him up after 3-days.

My dog Lemon had three days (November 8 to November 10,2023) boarding first time. We booked a grand room with camera, we could know what she was doing in her room. I found she looked bored and pleased Jet pet her some toys, they were nice and gave her. We went back home from trip yesterday.we picked her up in the afternoon on November 10,2023, we gave her a shower and found swollen parts under her arms, a long fresh red part around her neck. All the red swollen parts were under harness. I emailed Jet Pet hoping to know what happened immediately. Nobody answered me. I guessed that someone pulled her very hard and the harness scratched her skin too much and hurt her skin. My son cried when he saw the swollen skin. Today (November 11,2023), we brought Lemon to see her veterinary, the doctor gave her some medicine and cream.

I love jet pet. Wow the staff are so friendly. My pup gets super excited every time we come. I highly recommend this place! 5 stars and beyond

Jet Pet was amazing for Pepper’s first daycare experience and sleep away from home. For a high energy breed I was a bit worried but the kind and caring staff put me at ease right away. She stayed five nights and I felt totally comfortable- the play cams and Instagram updates showed her having a great time! She was given naps as I requested and the staff followed my other care instructions as requested. They also gave her a bath before home time and washed her bed and blanket. She was happy to see me but didn’t want to leave! Happy smiles from her stay.

Our new black lab puppy has been going to Jet Pet for a couple months now, and I can’t imagine a happier, more caring and safe environment for her to socialize, grow, and learn. Every staff member that I’ve met seems committed to the well-being of each pet, right from entering their facility, to keeping our pets safe, engaged, and clean for pickup at the end of the day. Both our cat and pup stayed overnight for a week, and they both were perfectly well-cared for. We use Jet Pet Resort North Shore regularly for doggy daycare and Monty absolutely loves it! He is so excited to arrive there to play with friends and is always happy and tired when we pick him up. We highly recommend Jet Pet Resort - they love and play with Monty so well, we feel very reassured when he is there.

Jet Pet North Shore is a great place for Dog Day Care. When I got my Labradoodle puppy 3 1/2 years ago I tried a number of places and settled on Jet Pet. I've been using them multiple days every week since then. My dog Cooper seems very happy there, he runs back in willingly every visit with his tail wagging! The team there really seems to love dogs. I like the Instagram photos each day too. I've also trusted them for overnight boarding during several vacations, and it's a relief knowing there is somewhere familiar to leave my pup. Our English Cocker Spaniel, Zephyr, just loves to go to Jet Pet on the north shore. He has both day care and overnight stays and is exuberant for both.
We find the staff friendly, helpful, and attentive.
We highly recommend Jet Pet North Vancouver.

We have left our cat there twice, once for 8 days, and once for four days. Both times we were able to see videos and pictures and he looked extremely happy. He loved socializing with the other dogs and cats and we will continue to use Jet Pet North Shore!

I use Jet Pet for my Cocker Spaniel, Sunny, and the staff are always really friendly and happy to see him.
Whether it be dropping him off for a day, or going away on a trip and leaving him over night, he always comes home very happy.

Jack, my rat terrier, has just spent 6 days at Jet Pet. The staff did a great job making sure he ate his food and had a safe stay.
They communicate well through emails and txt msgs, providing daily updates. The YouTube videos are great as you can see your dog is doing well.

I am confident that my dog is safe and well looked after, when he stays at Jet Pet North Van.

JetPet is under new management and it is like a whole new facility! The exterior outdoor yard and the interior have been upgrade over the past months with no disruptions to care or service. Best of all my dog lives the staff and is so happy to arrive and be greeted by her human friends. When I pick her up she is happy and tired. The staff are faithful to take pictures throughout the day so you can get a ‘sense’ of the day. My pup is camera shy, a diva and photogenic…but they try! Thanks so much Kurtis and team!

I’ve been taking Hugo to jet pet for over 6 years. They’ve been life savers as my schedule is extremely unpredictable. I’ve taken Hugo to other places and he would show extreme resistance going in. Hugo excitedly runs into jet pet. The staff are extremely caring and attentive to my Hugo. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this company so I felt the need to post this.

Can’t recommend this place enough to any who need overnight or daycare services. I was referred to them by a friend after a not so impressive stay at another local boarder and haven’t looked back since. The staff are friendly and professional, and will go out of their way to make sure that your pets stay goes smoothly.

If you need boarding services and live on the North Shore, it’s a no brainer. Do yourself a favour and pick a company that your both you and your dog will love.

Daisy has been at Jet Pet NS for 3 years now and loves it. The indoor/outdoor facilities are really clean with lots of space for the dogs to play and run around. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and you can tell they genuinely love animals. The location and hours are really convenient, there's parking out front, and the staff make it super easy for a quick drop off on my way to work. I highly recommend Jet Pet for any daycare and boarding services. We've tried a couple of other places, but this is our favorite for many reasons and that's why we keep coming back. Thank you, Jet Pet, for taking such great care of Daisy.:)

I have a 6 lb chihuahua, Coco, who recently started attending Jet Pet Resort North Shore. She is fearful of "larger"dogs {which are almost all dogs} so the caring Jet Pet staff keep her in a pen near the reception desk with only dogs her size. I feel very comfortable leaving her at Jet Pet Resort for the day & always return to a happy little lady! Highly recommend!

We have been taking our dogs to Jet Pet North Shore for 8 years. We started with our Boston, Henry and now Mabel, our Snug. We use both daycare and boarding services and have never had a bad experience. The staff there are always professional and courteous. You can tell that they love their job but the way they treat the animals. And Mabel comes home exhausted and happy after every visit. We highly recommend Jet Pet North Shore!

Can’t say enough good things about Jet Pet. I’ve been taking my dog Olive to doggy daycare here for almost a year and the staff are so wonderful and treat her like she’s one of their own and she is always very excited each time we pull up to the parking lot. They post lots of cute photos of all the dogs each day on their Instagram, which is really nice to see as well! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for doggy daycare.

We use jet Pet north shore for multiple services (doggy daycare/boarding and kitty boarding for long trips). We’ve always received fantastic customer service and our puppy is always eager to go to daycare when my partner and I are working long days in the office. You can tell everyone employed at JP north shore care about the animals and have bonded with our pup and cat.

Also to those that indicate strong urine odours, I totally agree that this used to be an issue but has since been resolved with all the upgrades they have put into the facility.

We have had both of our beagles stay at Jet Pet and they have loved it. Pip didn't want to leave last time when we came to pick him up. He came out to say 'hi' and tried to run back in for more fun. Thanks for making this such a great experience for him.

This is the best place to take your pet! They take such great care of there animals and i know my dog is getting lots of love and attention. She will definitely be going again.

I just put my dog, Bella, in boarding for 3 nights at the North Van location. The staff posted videos daily to their YouTube channel, along with pictures on their Instagram. I'm addition to that, I got the room with the camera as this was the first time leaving my puppy (6 month old) on an overnight stay.

The staff were absolutely amazing in answering all of my emails/check ins to ensure Bella was okay. They reassured me with videos and photos that she was doing well.

My sister went to go pick Bella up since my flight was delayed, and Bella didn't want to leave! Rather than going to my sister (who she knows and sees almost every day), Bella ran back to the Jet Pet staff because she didn't want to leave!

I'm so grateful and appreciative for everyone that works here for the efforts they all made to ensure Bella was comfortable during her stay! She can't wait to go back!
