Jet Pet Resort Olympic Village

I was a little worried at first leaving puppy while on vacation but after his first orientation and seeing how great the staff were ans how big the facility was I knew i made the right choice with Jet Pet. Puppy didnt even say goodbye when we dropped him off. The price of boarding is affordable and puppy seems happier than ever. I highly recommend and I will definitely be bringing Baby Beagle back soon.

Kind staff, Cocoa always has fun, I had to extend the stay by a night and they made sure she had enough food. Really good team of folks that really enjoy and care for the dogs.

I occasionally drop my dog here for daycare. He always is excited to go! The staff are always friendly and treat him very well. Even though it has a strong dog smell inside, they wipe him down with some wipes after his stay which is nice.

Jet Pet has always taken such good care of my lil Roxy (shiba inu). She LOVES going to daycare. And I love their hours and kennel options. The staff are amazing as they really care about all the pets.

Stood up by a new petsitter who was going to stay in our home, we had to find a place for our two Havanese dogs-or cancel our first little vacation post-pandemic. But at least we had a couple of choices. This place instantly won me over with its great staff and safety protocols. Another plus: small dogs have their own area. We picked up our dogs six days later. They both had become more at ease with other dogs, and shy Lila-Mae is now more confident. She'd suffered socially during the last couple years. The only "drawback" is that Jet Pet is in an industrial area, meaning, leashed walks are impossible. The dogs stay indoors for the duration. For me, this provided peace of mind, given our mixed experiences with Rover and my observations of some dog walkers.

Snoopy had the best week with Jetpet Resort. It was our first time leaving him with anyone, and they made sure his stay was comfortable and we were aware of what he was doing! Emailed them once since I did not see Snoopy on live camera for 2 days straight (it’s usually nap time for him) and they emailed me right away and reassured us he was taken care of and was just napping during live camera! Great experience, Snoopy will definitely be back! Thank you jetpet!

I sent my cat to JetPet for one week boarding. Their staffs are very nice and patient. Before the boarding, They will do lots of questionnaire about my cat to get familiar with him. During the boarding, they shared the recording everyday. When I picked up my cat, they told me what my cat did, ate and played during the boarding. JetPet is really a trusty pet boarding place.

Jet pet team are so friendly and take care of my baby.
We were on vacation and our baby spent some days with them. It was amazing. She had a great time to play and socialize with other dogs. She came back tired and happy.
She also spend some days in the daycare to spend her energy. For me it is so important to socialize her with other dogs, so she could be a calmer dog.

These guys are awesome and we can’t thank them enough. We were a little nervous dropping Jules and Nala off for the first time for a hotel stay. However, they settled in quite well and in fact we’re a bit sad to leave I think (Lol).

We would happily use Jet Pet again for a future stay.

My two dogs boarded at Jet Pet for a week recently and had the best time. I'm so impressed by the level of care provided by the staff! We were welcomed so warmly when I went to drop them off, and they remembered details about my dogs' health concerns and personalities. I also loved seeing photos of the two of them on instagram.

Both my guys are friendly, but one of them is a senior and can get overwhelmed in rowdy and loud environments. He was kept in the kitchen area with other calm/senior pups, where he received lots of attention from the staff and got to take lots of relaxing naps. My other dog is young so he was placed in the "Tiny Tots" room where he got to play and run around all day.

I'm an overbearing and slightly paranoid pet mom, and it takes a lot for me to trust a facility with my dogs. But their time at Jet Pet was so great that I'll definitely be boarding them there whenever I travel in the future. I'm so happy I get to enjoy my time away while having the peace of mind that they're being well taken care of. Can't recommend Jet Pet and the wonderful staff enough!

Back in 2018, Jack, my 10 months puppy, stayed at Jet Pet for 5 days. I was very happy with their services. Jack was safe and he was taken care by a very professional team. Jack will definitely stay there, next time I am away.

Mac always seems happy when I pick him up. He also smells like he's stepped in pee, but a quick rinse does the trick. I'm happy to leave him at daycare here.

The staff at Jet Pet were considerate and compassionate to our emergency situation, emphasized and rung us up with suggestions to help. 10/10
