New people took over a nice young man named Malik. He was very helpful to this job. Well, very personable and I will continue to bring my stuff to that shop. Great people and always willing to help at far prices.

Extremly happy with the service and how my custom jewelry has turned out. I had Myka custom make me an engagment ring for my fiance and it could'nt have turned out better. Much better pricing then your average jewelery store and much more honest, i saved thousands. I also had a miami cuban chain made and it came out perfect. Highly reccomend you wont regret it.

Had my ring fixed and it was good as new and they even polished it for me. Also had my watch battery replaced here. It was quick and really impressed.

Edit: I just need to update my review because of what happened yesterday when I asked them to change the battery of my watch and if they can also replace the band. I was charged $70 which I refused because I remember the other place I went to before did not even charge me for the band replacement, just the battery. So I only asked them to change the battery instead for $20 but right after I left, the base of the watch fell off even the band was loose so I went back inside and the guy who repaired it tried to help but I don’t really know what he did. It was not the most pleasant experience and something was off.

Took my watch in for a battery replacement and in less than 10min it was done. Asked about re sizing an engagement ring for a rush job and Sascha was more than accommodating. Definitely recommend this business for all your jewelry needs. Great service. Thank you Sascha!

Came in to have my engagement ring resized. The team at Jewellery Clinic are outstanding professionals! Teresa began our service with a thorough examination of the ring to ensure that they could deliver the same exact quality following its service. She made the whole process quick and informative.

I was shocked at how quickly they were able to resize my ring! When I arrived to pick it up they put in the same care and attention, making sure I was happy with the resizing and that the ring was in the same quality as when I left it.

With the speed and care they gave my engagement ring, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for my other jewellery needs and recommend this place to any others interested in jewelry service.

I came here after googling for a jewellery repair shop and this was the first result, for a good reason indeed!
My mother's gold necklace was broken and my bracelet that my friends got for me needed soldering, both were done professionally and succinct matter. The necklace took around 3 days (excluding weekends) and the bracelet in 15 minutes. I was very pleased with my experience here and want to share my appreciation with this review.

I hope the person reading this will be assured that their broken piece of jewelry, one that had much momento, love and care poured into it, will come back alive at this place. I will come back here without hesitation if my jewelry is damaged (I really hope not tho). Give this place a try! What are you gonna do, not repair your jewelry?

This place is fantastic! They were able to take out my links to shorten the bracelet on my watch and replace my watch battery in minutes. Excellent customer service, all while I sat there for a few minutes while they fixed my watch. Highly recommended!

I went here to get my watch links taken out and the staff were incredible and fit it to my wrist flawlessly.
