I can't believe how fast and effective my experience was with Jewels. I chose her for her location, but was extremely happy with the service and knowledge. She clearly heard my financial goals and helped me with a new Mortgage. Jewels and her team are very professional, always happy, there to help and returned my emails/phone calls very quickly. I am now saving a few hundred dollars/month from my previous mortgage and have shortened the length by 5 years. I really can't get over it. I would absolutely recommend her and will be using her for all my mortgage needs from now on.

Jewels helped us with a refinance and a new purchase in Kelowna. Our deals were a little complicated but Jewels helped us every step of the way with great advice and quick answers to all of our questions. We definitely would have been lost through this process without her. Now all we have to do is enjoy our dream house. Couldn't recommend her more.

We ended up working with Jewels for about six months because of the long lead time to our closing date. In that period the Bank of Canada interest rates changed twice and we changed our mortgage requirements/preferences a couple of times. Jewels was consistently happy to explain and re-explain things, was incredibly responsive and ran endless sets of calculations to help us understand what we were doing. We traveled during the time and ended up working remotely — phone, email, FaceTime, Jewels was happy to do it all. The result was a interest rate more than half a per cent better than what we thought we could get (even after the BoC increases). I would highly recommend working with Jewels.
