Jiffy Lube

Made the mistake of taking my own filters that I had bought. They have me a $2 credit for them.

I've been going to Jiffy Lube for several years now, and love the setup where I just drive in and they take care of my oil change. I've found the mechanics to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable too. It's a great place for an oil change

Great experience here. My mechanic was chatty and knew what he was doing. Normally weary of quick oil change shops so I do it myself, but today wanted to try to out and was not disappointed.
Definitely one of the best shops to get an oil change and your can looked over by a good mechanic

They NEVER try to upsell you on what you dont need. Good HONEST repairs. I bring my elderly parent's car here and for the last TWO YEARS they have done the inspection free of charge as there are not enough miles on it to require any service. 6 stars.

Great service. I loved how the team worked together on my vehicle, very collaborative. They listened to me and my gear shift issues. The team leader went back and double checked something that had multiple mechanics working on it at the same time, just to be sure. I feel safe and my car is driving great!

With most businesses you arrive, things go smoothly and you leave. It is inevitable that sometimes things do not go to plan and it is in these moments that businesses either rise to the occasion or show their unflattering true colours.

As luck would have it, I drew the (un) lucky card and was met with an issue which was caused by the technician during my oil change. Upon discovering the issue I contacted Jiffy Lube. They owned the error and took immediate temporary steps to resolve the issue and once the parts came in fully rectified the issue.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube Courtenay. In all likelihood they'll do a great job the first time and if they happen to make a mistake you can count on them to make it right.

First time going here normally I would have gone elsewhere, however it was close so I stopped by. The service was second to none, we had an issue with the car leaking shortly after the service. They sent a tech out immediately and recommended we bring it back. They dealt with the issue flawlessly and the issue is solved. From now on all my vehicles will get oil changes here.
