Eddie is a top notch guy, definitely makes the oil changing experience something special. He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, doesn't get any better!

Just had my oil changed there. Wow. Super friendly staff and very accomodating to my very verbal alaskan malamute dog. I expected to be there in an hour due to my drain plug being stripped but it was a quick in and out! 12/10 stars. Thats why this is the only place i go for an oil change!

Was doing my own oil change, drain bolt was rounded, couldn't remove. Stopped by to have them loosen (but of a chore). No charge even though I am the competition, but I know where I will be taking my vehicles when I am sick of getting oil all over! Thanks guys!

They filled my washer fluid with cheap/watered down fluid, without asking if I wanted it filled. This wasn't a problem, until I drove Hwy 3 during the flooding closures (so it was busy and dangerous) and my washer fluid system completely froze up (it was -12) rendering it inoperable. I had to stop every 10 minutes to rub snow on the windshield to clean it off. As soon as the temperature warmed up to -2, it unfroze. I went here twice for a oil change and they topped it off both times, I never put any fluid in the system so I know it was done here.
They were however very friendly both times but to me this is well deserving of one star. Completely unacceptable.

Amazing, everytime I come here I get such good service. Everyone is super nice and very knowledgeable about cars. Really enjoy coming here for car problems.

Always a good experience here. $67.00 for an oil change and the convenience of it taking 15 minutes- a plus in my books

We were on our way through town when our jeep blew an oil hose and caused the oil to spray everywhere. It was 4: 50PM when we realized what was happening and we quickly made our way to the store before it was scheduled to close at 5PM. We were pleasantly greeted by Jerry and his two staff members upon arrival. They instantly offered there help and to take a look at the vehicle. After the inspection it was obvious that we weren't getting back on the road that evening. Jerry instantly started calling around looking for the part we needed, but wasn't able to get it until the next morning.
Once we found out this information we started calling rental car companies, bus companies and any other option. When we found out there was nothing available, that is when Jerry made the most selfless, caring, genuine offer that we would have never expected. Jerry offered for me and my two friends to take his families vehicle for our weekend trip. Not only that, Jerry took care of our vehicle over the weekend, made the fixes and kept it parked at the location for us. Jerry drove us to his family home, provided us with the vehicle and went above and beyond with his customer service. Jerry kept me updated via text message throughout the weekend in regards to the repairs and cost.
It was an amazing experience from the second we pulled up, to Sunday on our way back through, exchanging vehicles with Jerry and him showing me exactly what he had fixed. I can't relay how amazing our experience was in a single message. I will personally be sending Jerry a gift as he made a real negative situation and incredibly positive story.
This man deserves recognition as I hope that every Jiffy Lube owner would go to this extent to help people in need. I can safely say that this story is going to be shared a significant amount and you have a large amount of Jiffy Lube Lifelong Customers coming between the three of us who were a part of this and the people we have shared this story with.

Quick service, good price will tell you what they suggest you need and should get but will not push you to purchase from them. Highly recommend!
