The team who work here are very experienced, they are genuine and very kind toward customer. Explains each thing to customer and take confirmation before doing any service. Jaison here was Great Awesome quick service done the right way. Hew was great, he was very professional and easy to talk to too. Any concerns he addressed them asap. Will recommend this place.

Had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at Jiffy Lube located at 7812 120 St, Surrey, BC in January, 2023. It was a full service appointment with oil change. After leaving, the Jeep shift stick was very hard to maneuver but I left it as is thinking it would eventually get better but something didn't feel right. Shortly after the Jeep started beeping at start up - this normally signifies an issue but no message came up on the dashboard. I am now seeing a message on the dashboard indicating "oil change". Even though it was just changed a couple months ago and we've only driven a few hundred km since then. We sent feedback online through their website and a manager contacted us within 24 hours to bring the Jeep back and have it looked at again. Appreciate the quick follow up and taking the time to get it right.

Got an Oil change today from them, they saw a girl and charged $280 for a simple oil change. I thought about that, while paying this much, when I came home and discussed this with my brother, he freaked out. He has been paying $120 for oil change of the same car. It is my fault that I trusted the guy working there. Never going back again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wish there was an option to give zero stars

Very unprofessional service and takes advantage of of being in power when your car is there. I went for oil change and they recommended to replace break pads. I asked can I wait to replace or how it has to done immediately. They told that I I wait then I will also have to change router but right router look fine so they recommended changing break pads. During the process of changing they told that routers also needs to changed as they are also in very bad shape. I told them that you informed earlier that they are fine so I don’t want them to be changed. Then they were like it’s okay then we will not give guarantee for break pads as well because routers can effect them. They should check before they advise or recommend anything. It felt like during the process of service they wanted to earn money from different methods instead of checking everything first and then clear everything out. Not recommended.

I went for an oil change with 1,000 km still under the indicated next service mileage. The service person pointed it out to me and advised me to drive for 1,000 km more. That to me is excellent service, not taking advantage of customers just to get a business. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for their professionalism and excellent service.

You know that feeling you get when you're being ripped off? Yeah, I had that feeling the whole time I was there. I think they make up the prices as they go and lord help you if you mention a coupon.

Best customer service provided by Jaison (Staff). He was very helpful and supportive and he is having very good knowledge about cars and parts.

In late November I went in to have my car serviced at Jiffy Lube before heading back home over the Coquihalla to Kelowna. My husband, our dog and I had been making a road trip to Mexico when he died very suddenly in Arizona and I was returning home with his ashes. The fellow who served me (Jason?) was SO kind. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. May the kindness you showed me be returned to you a thousandfold! These guys really care! Highly recommend!

Very overpriced. Will try to sell the high priced stuff even when there is no need for that. Charged 170$ for a simple oil change.

I went in to get my jetta looked at as I am such a typical lady who knows nothing about cars. I tried to have my hubby and brother change my oil but this caused a leak something wasn't tight enough. I showed up at jiffy lube and these guys took the best care laughed at my jokes re assured to me that it's okay. Changed my oil filter and drained some oil that I over did.they are the best amazing group of guys

Have been to many jiffy lube locations across the country and this is by far the worst. Was charged 2x the price for an oil change - had to cal other garages as I was told it would cost $180 for a simple oil change, as I’ve never paid such a crazy price before. Was quoted $100 from the dealership…. Saw a girl and decided to take advantage. Would avoid this place as they are dishonest.

Was at the Husky station doing inspections on their propane dispensers and when I was ready to leave site, my truck was completely dead. Without hesitation, Jason came over and assisted in double boosting my truck batteries and wanted nothing in return. It's tough to find good folks nowadays but Jason is a stand up guy. I'd recommend everyone to go here because if he cared that much to get me back on the road, you damn well know he'll make sure that you get back out there as well!

These guys are real gentlemen! I came in with a new used vehicle that I thought would need an oil change but found out it was already recently done and all my fluids are perfect. They topped me up and sent me on my way no cost to them. A real pleasure to talk to

Overcharging for service. Brought my own oil and filter, still asking $60 while other shops can do it at much lesser cost. Go there only if you don't care about the money.

I went in for an oil change. Jaison Prasad and the team at Jiffy did a very thorough inspection of my car, and made sure that all fluids were topped up. He gave me helpful tips to improve the durability of my car battery, and made some suggestions for additional work that I could get done (without being pushy). I will definitely go there again! I've come here a few times now, great experiences every time. Most recent visit yesterday on Jun 25th blew me away. Everyone was on point, service was fastest I've ever experienced with Jiffy Lube. Start to finish in under 7 minutes from pulling into the bay to leaving. Bravo!

If there was a lower review I would give it. Nothing like being yelled at and talked down to. The guy yelled at me to pull in to bay from his computer without looking up. The yells at me to stop because he wasn’t paying attention to me driving in. He the proceeds to impatient with me because he wasn’t doing his job. Quoted me a price before I am even stopped. Not sure what his name is and I really don’t care. Very rude service and will not go back. You should hire friendlier people.

Staff was polite and quick in providing the service. However, it was the most expensive oil change I did. They charged me $60 for cabin filter which is excessive given that it’s only $18 in most retail stores. I don’t think I will go back there again.

Arrived in my Fiat 500 and the person was not able to complete the oil change as "they don't do these kind of cars". Frustrating considering I waited over 15 minutes to have nothing done.

We've been going to Jhay for over 8 years for all our car maintenance. He has taken good care of our family's car and we are always treated as family there.

Amen is an awesome worker he took care of my jeep and I am very thankful I think he is the best for customer service he is very nice. Thanks jiffy on 120 street.

Just alot of money for not the service i thought i was paying for, oil change was fine, seems quite thin tho, not sure how to tell what got put in, coolant flush isnt actually a flush as im told by the people who performed it, its only a drain and refill, still looks dirty tho, never when i did my own. Which im convinced is the best way again, thanks got my $200 lesson learned, be doing both myself and sll other fluids by winter and not coming back for an a/c recharge.
Will try my luck on that with another place.

The manager tried to tell me that I had to use synthetic oil and had to replace the drain pug. These guys are trying to charge more than necessary. I took my truck to great Canadian oil change and they charged me $80 less!

I came here for oil change. I really felt it so expensive. 115$ for just oil change? From
Past 2 years I was getting washer fluid and car wash included in the service. But this location is not providing this. It’s not worth 115$. Better try some other location. It was my 1st time here and no doubt last time aa well.

Very fast and friendly service! They were upfront with all the costs before proceeding. Although, It was the most I've ever paid for an oil change.

They were knowledgeable, polite, helpful, thorough and suggested the fuel filter be done putting a price for $60. After I went to price it I went right back asking for them to do it at the quoted price. The owner said to come back and gave me his card then the next morning the new deal was triple price from what is written in my contract. Thanks for the oil change and try harder to get in free car washes with Washworld like the other franchise stores in Surrey.

I went to Jiffy lube after phoning them to get a radiator flush. I dropped the car off and as I was leaving an employee came out and asked if I knew the price told him I did and that I had A coupon for $20 off, which would make the cost $89.95. The coupon was for that location and at that address and was valid until the end of June 2020. They refused to accept the coupon saying it wasn't one of theirs[I got the coupon off their websight] and they wanted $139.95, thirty dollars more than the price I was told when I phoned. I took the car back and left, very unprofessional what a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and certainly not if you are looking for an honest company to deal with.

As a young broke student these guys did everything they could to accommodate me and teach me about my car. Jaison and Chris were awesome. I would definitely recommend this place

Stopped in for an oil change on a Friday morning around 9: 30am, drove straight in, no waiting, changed my oil, checked some air filters, wiper blades, lights and some other things all in 20mins for a reasonable price. Great!

I came in almost after closing, most places would turn you away at 5: 57, Amen and Amit happily said “come on in, we got this!

Went here for an oil change a few months ago - a couple things.

While the oil change itself wasn't bad, the employee (Spencer) who was servicing my car offered to replace the air filter. I agreed, mostly cause I'm terrible at saying no, and he went about his business.

When he asked to look at my cabin air filter, I agreed again - only for him to consequently break my glove box and attempt to cover it up. When I brought it to his attention he very poorly replied that he hadn't noticed that he broke it and gave me super strong glue so that I could get my Dad to fix it (I had mentioned he was a mechanic, previously).

Obviously this wasn't acceptable, but I was on a time crunch so I took it, paid, and left. I called them once I got home and they promised to order me a new glove box and would call back once it had arrived so I could get it fixed. They never did.

After 2 weeks I decided that was enough and I drove back, demanding they fix it right then and there. They accommodated my request by rush ordering the glove box part and calling me to come back and fix it. I thought all was good.

But just a week ago, my Dad went to look at my car - it's been running funny for a good bit, and we couldn't figure out why.

Turns out, Jiffy Lube also gave me the wrong size air filter for my engine. So not only had they broken my glove box, rocks and dirt weren't being filtered from my engine either. I had to go purchase a new one and install it myself.

Absolutely terrible business dedicated to scamming you out of money.

I had Amit greet me when I arrived. I did not have to wait at all and he and Derrick helped get my 'new to me' car serviced and fixed up and road worthy. They were both very friendly and helpful and they explained everything they were doing. I'll be back for my next services to the Scott Rd location 100% If you go. Ask for Derrick and Amit!
