I never write reviews, but I really wanted to say how appreciative I was of Kris! He was so friendly and patient with me throughout the entire process. He checked all my fluids and told me what would need to be changed out, but never pressured me to get anything done right then. He was so transparent with everything, which isn’t something I’ve come across very often. It was so appreciated, thanks so much!

This place was the opposite of Buyer's Remorse. I would have spent twice as much and felt like I got a good deal.
I have just bought an unusual import vehicle. The staff were interested and curious about it, and quickly found their way around it to check the systems.
I went in for an oil change and got an enormous peace of mind.

Al was great and super honest, have an old car with bad sensors that told me my oil needed to be changed. Al took a look and decided all was good, gave me some advice on some other issues and sent me on my way free of charge. Great honest service.

Came in to check tires and top up oil. I was advised what car needed. An air filter, an oil filter and an oil change. I was given the old ones to look at before I agreed to go ahead. We'll explained. Service was completed in timely fashion.

Awesome service, fast friendly and helpful making sure all my needs were met.

They gave some good organic treats to my dogs who were in the car with me while they did my oil change.

I will be returning to this location for future car services.

We came in for headlight replacement in a new car that I don’t know much about. Kris was patient and kind and taught me so much about the car that I didn’t know.
I am used to driving a truck and felt out of my league when even turning the stupid car on and off with the push start. I thought I may need an oil change and he advised me I was not ready and then walked me through many functions of the car and also explained why I may be having certain troubles.
He told me what days to come in for for ladies day/ deals etc and was a fantastic ambassador for this company.
My son was with me and was so impressed with this man’s kindness.
I recommend this business and especially wish to bring to this company’s attention, a wonderful employee.

So, the reason for a star review is that I’ve been told specifically that the oil and windshield fluid top ups are free in between services. But seems like something changed. I am a regular Jiffy Lube customer and I didn’t like it.

I might have to move on and lookup a different oil change service.

Brought my car here for the last 2 oil changes and been happy with the service both times. Kris did an awesome job and I’ll continue to bring my car here

I would say these guys are running a scam shop. I went for an oil change on Thursday (15-September) even though it was not due yet but I had to take a long trip to Alberta with my friends. Therefore, to be on safe side I opt for an oil change early. I was served by cashier named AJ, he proceeded with oil change and I told him I have to take a long trip so please make sure everything is topped up. Long story short, on my second day of trip I noticed the engine oil light came on and when I checked the dipstick, there was nothing left behind.
I had to stop at a convenience store to buy expensive oil so that I can reach at my destination. I called jiffy lube and they told me to bring my car so I did on Monday and they were really unprofessional like they are doing me a favour.
The guy handled me said, we are doing it for free and there is no engine oil leak even though it is mentioned on their invoice that any failure within 7 days of workmanship will be repaired out of cost.

Al help me out was very friendly and is very professional if you come use this service here in Victoria ask for him.

I went to Jiffy Lube for a oil change and was serviced right away. My mechanic was Al, and he was very friendly, professional, detailed, and pleasant to be around. Al let me know a few other things that needed to be done and wasn't pushy about it and charged me fair and honest rates. Can't say enough how great Al was and I will ask for him next time!

Excellent service in Victoria by Alex. He caught and fixed a serious problem caused by a full service gas station in Qualicum Beach.where I had my last oil topped up. Alex was thorough, polite & explained the service throughout. I left feeling confident my car was serviced correctly by an experienced trustworthy mechanic. I will now be going To Jiffy Lube as part of regular service to my car! I was truly impressed by the service I received today! Thank you! Kim

Extremely helpful! No upselling here! Support local smaller businesses! They were all laughing and having a great time while, doing a great job. Everyone greeted us, even cookies for the dogs! Oh yes, they ask first! Definitely a great place to go!

I normally go to a mechanic for oil changes but couldn’t get an appointment before a road trip, so I came here. I was very impressed with the quick and courteous service! The technician was friendly and helpful, and he didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. I will be back!

Had the best experience. We came in for an oil change and they did so much more. Our mechanic, Kris, was so knowledgeable and clearly explained to us what he was doing and any suggestions he had. Would highly recommend coming if you have any car needs.

First time visiting this location. No wait, rolled right in for immediate service. Was served by Kris and it was an excellent experience. Professional, courtesy and knowledgeable. Oil change and fluid top-up was completed quickly.

I went for an oil change a couple of weeks ago and it was a surprisingly easy and pleasant experience. Kudos to Charlie for being awesome, I really appreciated his easy-going manner, honesty, and tips/generosity with the power steering. I'd been putting off getting an oil change and dreading it but ended up being impressed with my experience there. I will definitely return.

Fast, friendly service. Price was fair. Oil change & replaced the Air filter, took less than 20min and cost $130.

I find this JL location to be honest and trustworthy. When they made a mistake with an oil change, they acknowledged it and corrected the issue immediately. I highly recommend this place!

Just an alright experience. You can't ask the mechanics any questions or else you'll get a bland response.

AJ, the person who was on service AD/hood tech was rude and full of attitude. Not sure if it was because of me or the guy has low morale. He would ask a question and then not spare a second to listen to my answer. He made me feel like I was begging for a favour. I hope he will improve on that. However, this is just about one person, other than that the staff at the shop are all great people. I have taken my personal cars and company vehicles to the shop for several years.
Their service ever been excellent. Regardless of my one-day experience, I still recommend the place, but definitely, I won't let that person do an oil change to any of my cars.
