Firstly, via phone Bob assured me they only do necessary work. In the shop, Casey checked two areas and assured me no work needed to be done at this time. Such honesty and interegrity are rare these days, but you'll find both at Duncan Jiffy Lube. Yes, I'll return for the oil change:)

Wow, I just had the Best experience with Casey here at Jiffy Lube. I purchased a battery and stopped to have it installed. Casey was friendly and professional and made me feel like part of the family. I will not hesitate to recommend them to all, and I'll be back for my oil change soon!

Everyone was very nice and they were quick. It was generally a much more pleasant experience than I expected.

Went in for a basic oil change and safety check. They went through the checklist, did what I asked quickly, and price was reasonable. I'd recommend them and will return.

These guys are absolutely great. Very friendly and professional. As a senior I have problems reading the dipstick on a vehicle I just bought that manufacturers had oil problems. I take my car every week to have it checked and they are always eager to help me

After having a bad experience at my local Hyundai dealer who failed to torque and tighten the oil plug I swung in at 4: 50 on Saturday when they close at 5: 00 and the guys working at the Duncan location were able to quickly find the problem which was indeed the loose drain plug in the oil pan.

Bring all the work vehicles to the location and it's always top-notch service highly recommend

I heard about Jiffy lube from seeing a sticker in one of my best friends car. Since then I do my research and I know how he cared about his car. Today, I went in just to check my battery and if there was any other thing with my car. I forgot to ask his name but, he looks like the owner to me! Fast & Efficient. But best of all Kurt is still working the floor and still as friendly and as helpful always. They do a great job including safety check on lights. I always leave knowing these guys work can trusted.

The owner/manager has even gone above & beyond after sorting out a computer issue (no charge) that had left my car virtually unusable and would have costed me hundreds to have it towed and to the dealership to fix. So greatful for his help and for all the staff who are quick, friendly and effective.
