Jiffy Lube

The serpentine on my buddy’s truck was done as well as the tensioner we had to limp it to lordco get the parts but we had no tools to fix it. The guys were really nice and lent us a few tools to do the job and he also helped and and gave us some awesome advice. Awesome experience who knows what we would have done.

I had the best service from Ryan and I’ll be back and tell all of Kamloops. Kamloops has horrible service but not this guy at Jiffy. He was awesome…. Thanks Ryan I hope your boss treats you right!

Came for an oil change, not only did they do an amazing job with that but they fixed my windshield wiper problem! I was having a leak from the fluid & they fixed it, now I don’t have to keep stopping at gas stations to wipe down my windshield. Thank you Ryan & Jeff!

Had to get an oil change during my drive from Calgary to Whistler. This is the first time I go somewhere that isn't my dealership and I am so thankful for Spencer at Jiffy Lube for helping me out today. What a great and friendly person! I’ve used this Jiffy Lube several times and they are always fantastic! My check engine light popped up the other day so I took it there to get scanned. In 10 minutes they told me what the issue was, that it wasn’t too big a deal and that I had a good car overall. Then they didn’t charge me a thing and sent me on my way. 10/10 recommend.

I had stopped by and they did an engine diagnostic and I found out exactly what was wrong and I also have a print out for free

Great service! I always get a sweet deal for bundling services. Quick.no line up.no hassles.these guys do a 20 point visual inspection and take care of air filters, tail lights that are out and send you on your way with no worries. This time they changed the cabin air filter which I didn't even know about!
Been coming here for years and I love the friendly staff and great service.

I feel, as a woman, that this shop is run by a man who recommends the same thing to me as he would his wife. No commission sales like at the dealerships or other places. So I only get exactly what I need. It's a relief.

The guys were so helpful and answered so many of my questions! I also had an issue with my windshield fluid sprayer and they offered to put in a new one if I got the parts! Which I did and they put it in for free! Absolutely amazing service!

I love these guys. I have had Transmission flushes, oil changes. Recently I came in and they spent 15 minutes going over my engine realizing I had a transmission issue that should be attended to first. They topped me off with oil and I offered payment, and they told me to go get my transmission fixed and to have a good day. They even pointed me in the right direction of where I could find a good deal to get my transmission issue fixed. Great service, above and beyond. Thanks everyone who works there.

I went to this place a few weeks before going back but what was awesome when I went there to get a oil change they said you don’t need one right now so come back in a month they could have just done one but they had enough class to save me money especially now that money is hard to come by. So I would say this is a stand up shop that’s not just about getting your money out of you. Good job guys and thank you
