I came in for an oil change and I had a great experience. Mohit was kind and very helpful, I appreciated him sharing his knowledge with me and will definitely be coming back.

The supervisor, Mohit, provided excellent service while working short staffed. Very fair, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Avoid this place at all costs. Like most Lube places, they will hit you with every up sale possible, even if you don't need it.

My last experience there, I went in for an oil change. Made it clear that was the only work I wanted done. The fellow working there decided to take my radiator cap off while my engine was as hot as possible. We all know what happens then! What I was unaware of is that it led to a significant lose in coolant. I didn't realize this until my engine was overheating.

Not only did this employee start with work I was specific that I didn't want done, he could have very well damaged my engine.

Spend your money elsewhere folks!

They incorrectly entered my mileage at 151,999 when my car was only around 100,000 km at the time. This is affecting me selling my car because carfax shows the incorrect mileage they entered while my car shows the correct mileage. I reached out to them to see if they can help me with resolving this and they were unhelpful. The guy I spoke to put me on hold when I asked for the receipt and then hung up on me.

I have had my car serviced since but carfax doesn’t pull from the database of the shop I used. Now because of their negligence I have to get an unecessary oil change, and pay again for a new carfax report to hopefully resolve this error. I wasn’t upset as I know mistakes happen but their lack of support to help fix this issue speaks volumes about their customer service.

Pay close attention to detail with the service you receive from them because clearly they don’t.

Great service, very thorough and professional. Honest too! Great shop that can do more than you think, I had my front struts replaced here.

Was told I didn't need an oil change at this time. Checked levels and sent me on my way. Appreciated his honesty.

Never used these guys before brought my audi in to get an oil change tryed to tell me it was overfilled and that my oil housing cap was leaking and it needed to be fixed. Didn’t make sense to me because I had no oil spots on my dry clean driveway and I always am very cautious of leaks and look for them. I said no to fixing it and left then brought my car to mr lube where I bring all my vehicles I just couldn’t get in earlier so thought I’d give jiffy lube a shot. Long story short my car wasn’t overfilled at all seen it with my own eyes and checked and held the housing cap in my hands there is no leak at all. Just saved myself a huge headache and a lot of cash… go with your gut feeling if it doesn’t seem right to you don’t get swindled.

Late last Spring I had my winter tires taken off and then my summer tires mounted. There was a wiggle in my left front tire that concerned Dan the fellow working on my car. He found a tiny piece of green tape trapped in there that caused the bolts to become loose. I grateful for the level of service he gave me and solved the problem instead of letting me drive away with a tire that could wiggle its way off! Thanks to him, my family road trip went smoothly.

I unexpectedly had to bring my car in for a special service first thing in the morning on Sunday Sept. 4th. I was quite distraught and the three service men couldn't have been more compassionate or understanding. They were extremely professional and assured me that the problem was taken care of. Couldn't Thank them enough. THANK YOU AGAIN GUYS!

Attention to the area manager. Think his name is Edward. I could NOT be more impressed with him. I called him about 60 minutes after my wife took her car there. I was not happy as I thought the filter was leaking because they didn't put it on tight enough. He quickly came to my house to take a look. I was mistaken. They did a great job. He was calm and such a professional. Just a stand out guy. Will take my cars here going forward! Thanks again.

If you’re interested in paying a lot of money for horrible service this is the place for you. Worker told me I needed to replace something I had just replaced two months prior and was in perfect condition. Bonus of getting to listen to the sexist conversation of the two men doing my oil change. I will not be returning to this location, very disappointed.

Drove in and then immediately out. I should have picked up on the fact that no one was using their garage. Even the guy staffing the place was sitting out in his car. He seemed annoyed that I had disturbed his break or whatever. As I rolled into the bay, he rudely insisted that I put on a mask. I WAS SITTING IN MY OWN CAR WITH THE WINDOWS UP. Right then I decided I did not give them my business. I will never go there again and do NOT recommend this location to anyone. I drove to a competitor who were welcoming and very professional. It really isn't that hard to offer good friendly service. Take note Jiffy Lube.

Had an oil change at 32Ave location in Surrey. Supervisor Ron looked after all the details today. Explained everything in detail and I was in and out in about 40 mins. Great service and technicians here! Highly recommend.

Why did I return? Last time they broke the air intake during oil change and this next oil change another mishap!

The team at Jiffy Lube in South Surrey is incredible, especially Lovepreet who showed tremendous customer service. He took me right in and was able to answer all of my questions precisely. Do not hesitate and take your vehicle to this location

Be careful when using this service. I was quoted $110 for a syntactic oil change, it ended up being $130. These guys also messed around with the air filter on my car, marked down on the BOL that everything was checked and filled such as fluid, light check.none was completed. On my way home, my car started to lose power at 3000 RPM, engine light came on (steady light). I decided to drive at 2000 RPM all the way home, and checked for the issue when I got there.

It end up being an air flow issue, they did not connect the sensor switch back on. Once I reconnected the plug, the car was fine.

If you go for just an oil change that an amateur can do at home, I recommend it as you don't need to get rid of the oil and filter yourself. I would suggest you don't let them touch any other work they recommend.

Quick and easy, service was extremely professional and excellent work. Normally I do my own oil changes but when Canadian tire was out of stock on 0w-20 I thought I’d pop in and try Jiffy Lube. Highly recommended.

Jiffy Lube was great. The customer service is excellent. Unfortunately without the included liquid top off, at $80+ an oil change, it's not worth the high price.

Well. They changed my oil. Asked a million questions and tried to get me to buy a filter worth 15$ for.more. But everyone was super nice and it was a fast process so I cant complain.

You pay for what you get and $39.99 is too cheap. 2nd time with Jiffy Lube, different locations I get home to see oil spotting on my garage floor. Went back to location and they did some cleanup on the bottom of the car. Never again with this company. So beware.bad company to do business with.

Had oil change in February, cam lifters started ticking and phaser knock on hot idle started soon after. Did my own oil change- after 1200 km oil came out filthy and filter was tiny with minimal filter material. The oil pan bolt was damaged as well. Doubt they even put clean oil in. Lousy quality filter and oil and now my engine is damaged. Crazy high mark up on filters and oil. Here is a photo of the filter in the box of the filter I put in - the filter I put in filled the box

Don’t go here they don’t know what they are doing. They broke my boyfriends car. It’s literally totalled because they thought they could do something that they couldn’t.

Always friendly and helpful. They update you as they work and let you know the wellbeing of your vehicle.

About 2 weeks ago I went in to have my oil changed and got my transmission fluid done also. This morning I went to the store and came out and there was a huge puddle of fluid under my vehicle. I wasn't sure if it was transmission fluid or maybe power steering fluid.
I called the Jiffy lube and they sent two guys over to check it out! I was so impressed. They made a stressful situation so much better. It turned out to be the power steering which they will help with once we get the tow truck.

I've been to oil change places where the employees just don't care for their customers today I had Loveep. I hope I'm spelling that right. He helped me with my oil change and a couple more things, he gets full marks for helpfulness, politeness, honesty and professionalism. He went the extra mile for me even though he didn't have too and it feels so good just to have actually decent quality customer service. Great job Loveep will be coming back to this location for sure!

DO NOT GO HERE. They fabricated evidence to try and show me my differential oil needed replacement. I just got them services (three months ago) and went back today to my mechanic and he showed what the actual oil looks like. They are deceitful and should not be trusted. I filled out their Online feedback form but nobody has contacted me.

Had good service for oil change here, except for them telling me I needed a new battery when I didn't.
But then one of the attendants used my info to start texting me for other reasons, if you get my drift.

I got a oil change 2 days ago, the service was really bad, the workers were not friendly and disrespectful, it was $120 pretty expensive, they were pushing me a lot to change the windshield wipers even though I told them I didn’t want to, Ive never seen this kind of service.

Trust the bad reviews! I ignored them but luckily it didn't cost me much money.

So the employees working there told me I needed this and that but I didn't buy any. Then he says at the end of the job that my car is leaking oil heavily. Yeah because they didn't tightened the oil plug. Now was it an honest mistake or was it to sell me stuff I don't know but either way it cost me a 1/4 gallon of oil a driveway covered in oil and waste time going to Langley to see my trusted mechanic.

Not ever coming back. Faulty mechanics and laughing at me when they loosened my transmission drain plug and there was oil everywhere in my engine bay after getting a way to expensive oil change. I even brought my own filter because they don’t have it! Don’t bring your car here unless you want to blow it up!

Great job. Cost was just under $50 all in. No line ups, no up sell just friendly professional service. I will be back.

Sign said $40 special. Pulled in and the guy told me it cost $107. I said what about the promo sign outside, and he told me not for my type of vehicle (an SUV) Sent an email to head office, and nobody bothered to explain to me why the $67 difference!

Sunday morning first thing, stopped for an oil change, one technician on duty only, with one car in for a oil change ahead of me, technician wanted me to wait 60 to 90 minutes, they were advertising on the street corner too, hiremore technicians or don't advertise on the street, a 90 minutes wait for one car ahead of me is also too slow

Place is a RIP off.they say one thing and then charge another.no care in service.seems like every one working there hated there job

Very disappointed with their service. They failed to do a complete nine point inspection and their lack of attention to detail resulted in my car leaking. Took it to another location who asked me to call them and let them know. Sam was beyond rude to me and basically made me feel like he couldn't have cared what the consequences were as a result of their incompetence.

Rip-off! Stay away from this place. My 17 yr old went for an oil change and they added on so much stuff that the bill came to more than the car was worth. They told my son things were needed and would be 500 which was very high but he believed them then gets a 1000 bill. Sad that a business looks for people to take advantage of. When I showed up Manager lied about getting approval and who was there for the discussion - just to top things off had asked him if he wanted to pay for a cash wash! Never go here. Deserves zero stars.

Never in my life have I reviewed online - the service was so slow and I’ve been sitting here for so long that I thought, ‘hey, what else am I going to do while they wistfully waste time talking on the phone and find new ways to chase business away (I’ve watched them tell 3 cars to go away since being here). ” Be assured, there is absolutely nothing jiffy about this place. Unless by jiffy you mean dragging feet and moving so painfully slow that you can audibly hear the ‘technician’s“ resting heart rate. Great place for a nice quiet read though, bring a book and expect to burn through a few chapters!

Slowest Jiffy Lube ever. Note: The staff were polite, that said the first jiffy attendant waves me in could barely speak english. Then he jumped over to some other car. I waited for few minutes till a different guy checks me into the computer. Then he starts looking under the hood for other issues and checking fluid levels. He actually sucked out brake fluid into a container to show me its color compared to a container of clear fluid he had sitting just for the occasion, so he can tell me a need a flush. He told me he chequed the temperature my coolant was good for saying that it was mostly water and no antifreeze. First off its 25° outside so not worried about freezing up. I told them just check fluids nothing else but he really pushing extras. Before completed he left me to go deal with someone else, leaving me waiting. He was busy upselling a flush to someone else which they bought. Then another car was waved in and he started on getting that customer checked in and offered him coffee etc which i was not offered. Some other worker came over to check all my lights are working and then we waited for the other dude to return so i can get out of there. When he finally came back all that time he checked oil level and it was low. The guy topping up my oil took 3times until he had it proper. Im sure they have it in the computer what every car make takes to fill from empty. Ive changed my own oil plenty to know its easy info to get. 4 litres. So not sure why they would only put 3 litres in them keep adding and checking until full. This place is disorganized and because of them jumping all around they are waisting time which then takes up more time than should have. Instead of 15 min they taking 30 to 45min. And trying to upsell showing me fluids etc was waist of time. The last thing i asked was to check my tires air pressure which he agreed to and never got to doing it.

Dont know where to begin. Wenesdays paper offered on sunday? After starting my car 4 times and then leaving the lights on for inspection it did not start. They had said my battery was fine but now wanted $215 to replace it. They tried jumping it to old batteries that were sitting in the floor since the last guy they scammed. Great actors. They even brought out a charger. 3 minutes later it still wont start. The guy below was banging on the starter to prove the battery needed replacing. They told me i could buy from them or get towed. I said all i need is a jumpstart. In the end they pushed my car out into the snow and left me there. I waited till a friend came 1 hr and 40 minutes later. I attatched the cables and it started right away. It has started no problem ever since. There were 4 guys working but none would jump start me. Oil change was $58 but with the air filter almost $100. If i had bought all the upgrades and flushing they would have really taken me for a ride. Dont ever go to this location. Total scammers.

BUYERS BEWARE
They will try to take advantage of you. Went there for an oil change and they suggested a bunch of unnecessary things to add to your oil change. When I got there the guy said that my car is burning through a lot of oil and that there's hardly any engine oil left. That is total BS because I checked the day before and i have oil in my engine. He then suggested I put a filler in my engine oil to thicken the oil. Well, the ratio of the engine oil and that filler was 4: 6. Also, I asked them to put air in my tires which they said they did but the low tire sensor was still on in my dashboard. The guy says it's my sensor that was the problem. Well, I went home and checked my tire pressures. They did not put any air in my tires. THIS PLACE IS NOT CREDIBLE AT ALL! BEWARE OF HARD SALE AND THEM TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU.

The WORST place to go. They don't listen to what you say (was literally reading out of my car manual what oil I wanted) and was being told that it was wrong. Also, didn't get told the recommendations although the tech had no problem putting them on the invoice for me to sign (which I wouldn't because I actually read, and saw that it was wrong). Super frustrated that the "recommended oil system cleaning" wasnt actually recommended! I HAD A BOTTLE OF ENGINE CLEANER SITTING BESIDE ME THAT WENT UNUSED BECAUSE I WASNT TOLD IT NEEDED TO BE CLEANED.
OH and the service engine light has been on since they changed the oil filter. Nice touch.
They will take advantage of ANYONE.
