I had my car paint fixed at JP Autobody recently and my experience was for sure 5 stars. Dustin shop manager, Oliver and his team, they are all great and provided a great service to me. My car looks great and I'm very happy now. I definetly recommand JP Body Shop to everyone.

Took my car here for repairs after I was rear ended. The trunk and rear bumper was completely crushed in and needed replacement. When I went to pick up car, externally it looked good and paint matched. But there were minor details missed. The cable for trunk release was not routed correctly. The trunk itself did not close properly. The back bench was not installed properly. The spoiler on the trunk lid started to come off due to adhesive application issue. All in all, I had to come in multiple times to get it fixed. Very bad repair experience. The only good thing I can tell about this place is that Dustin, the manager was very helpful, although that is not the replacement for the poor workmanship by the technicians. Not recommending this place unless their quality of work improves. One Dustin and his abilities to manage customers is not going to help this place.

Oliver was excellent in the service he provided. He was very thorough and made sure I mention the damage fully in detail to icbc to make sure everything would be covered as the icbc contact center agent did not initially make proper notes when the claim was made. Had a rental ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle and got me in and out real quick. He was in contact with me throughout the entire process from start to finish. Picked up my vehicle today and I am fully satisfied with the work. His personality was infectious yet professional. Give this man a raise! I know where I'll be bringing my vehicles from now on. Excellent body shop. Have used JP Auto Body for 10 years and always excellent service and body work. Very knowledgeable staff and always go above and beyond. Was a bit of a hiccup in the beginning when some incompetent asst manager came into the picture, Mario and did as little as possible. And then that got straightened out, so huge shout out to Oliver and Dustin. They have a solid team at JP Auto and in future will always go back where they do a good and thorough job. I always leave confident and happy. When you have staff that have been there for 20 years then you know it's a good company and body shop. Would highly recommend as the job will be done right. Thank you once again JP Auto.

I brought my Ford Mustang in for an estimate and I was expecting they will refuse the work because it was just an alignment of the driver's side door and not an ICBC claim. Dustin, the body shop manager looked at it and gave the estimate and took it in right away. They did a very professional job fixing the door of my old car. I actually thought that the whole door needed to be replaced but they were able to fix it. It's now as good as new. Thanks!

I had some damage to the rear bumper of my vehicle, this happened to be the closest body shop to my home, but even if it wasn't, I'd drive any distance to come here to get repairs down, right off the bat Oliver was amazing, super courteous, and just all around enjoyable to work with. Would come back here just for him, good customer service is hard to come by and he made the painful expensive experience of having my vehicle fixed 1000x better. The expectation for the vehicle being fixed was several days, which, no problem, ICBC is paying for a rental, a depressing rental, but a rental nonetheless. Not even 24 hours later and Oliver is calling saying it's done and the vehicle has been detailed inside and out.beyond my expectations, well past. Props to the guys who work here, killed it, and would be back, and will be recommending them to everyone.

Overall great experience, were kind and kept me in the loop. Only took a few days to fix, and it looked great. Would highly recommend.

I know these guys were having problems when I first brought my truck in after communicating with the new manager Mario everything was done properly and done great the work was awesome you can't even tell any damage was there I am so grateful I was able to work with these guys and not have too many problems just wish they had their own courtesy vehicles hate dealing with rental vehicle companies

I’ve been to this business twice and both times were a failure. I had thought it must have changed but I was clearly wrong. Poor quality work the first time and missing parts the second. Try somewhere else

Very bad service. No follow up. My car sat there for over 6 weeks and they did not even order the parts needed. Everytime i would call they told me they have no updates and that they would call me back the next day but they never did. (at least 12-15 times). Took my car somewhere else and got fixed within a couple weeks.

Their employees just keep leaving for some reasons. The first time I brought my car in for an estimate, the person has quitted when I went in for scheduled repair. I got the courtesy car, then I called next day, I was told that the part hasn't arrived. I decided to take my car back and wait for the part to arrive. After a week, when I called, the person who helped me also quit. Worse yet, I can't even get an update as the person picked up the phone was new. He said he will ask the manager to call ASAP but never did. I'm bringing my car to another shop.

I went in to Jim Pattison's and the customer service was Amazing! Brenda was so friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I had to get something fixed on my truck and they did and outstanding job. I would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic service, speedy repair. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer but hopefully not.fingers crossed.

Went there today expecting a costly replacement of a part on my car. Instead, the mechanic took a look, said it just needs a quick fix up. In spite of their busy schedule, the part was fixed up and I was on my way back home after just a few minutes. Refreshing honesty and service. Thank you Brenda and team!

Darrell was so helpful! He was able to get our car fixed in a matter of days and returned the car as if it were brand new. If your car needs any auto body work, go see Darrell! He knows what he is doing and will make sure your car is fixed right the first time.

Went in to drop my car off for some body work and no loaner car.wasted my time.was very late for work for nothing.never going back there.your estimator is a liar and not owning up to his obvious mess up. I have 2 jobs.between jobs I was going to drop off my vehicle at your body shop and take the loaner and go to my other job. I have 2 jobs and kids so why would I not need or want a loaner car? I even told him that I had another job to go to and asked him how long will it take. And he told me I could come in sign papers and leave with the loaner.no more than 5minutes he said.and I did not respond to your calls because I'm not giving you another chance to waste my valuable time.if you had any common sense you can see your estimator is a liar and not owning up to his screw up.lots of other body shops to go too and won't be coming back to yours and your lieing employees.

Brought my vehicle in to have the front passenger side bumper repaired due to a small scratch caused by my terrible driving skills. Brenda was such a pleasure to deal with and had the job done super fast. The repair was done perfectly and now thanks to Jim Pattison Auto Body no one on the road can tell I don't know how to drive. Would 1000% recommend to anyone! Thanks again Brenda for all your help you are amazing:)

I took my 15 Grandcherokee here for some paint work after some one did a hit and run on me, Darrell and his team were excellent, the service was great and great quality in the end, timing was awesome they said by end of week and that deadline was met. Thanks again guys!

Went to this shop for the first time when the paint on the hood of our in warranty 2017 Grand Caravan hood was damaged due to a rust issue, (so I had to go to this shop due to the warranty). Dealt with Brenda (shop manager) and the end result was a perfect colour match from a hood replacement and respray. Decided to go back for my second visit only a couple of weeks afterwards (a parking lot ding) because the first experience with this body shop and in particular dealing with Brenda was so positive, (I have been using another company quite loyally over the years). My second visit involved a repaint of my caravan rear bumper, again, a great colour match and again received all around good service.
Brenda and her team kept me informed during the process and went above and beyond to make my comparatively low value job feel just as important as any other.
I feel very much respected and valued as a customer, and more importantly it was all backed up by a repair job that was done well. I will have no hesitation using this shop again (hopefully not to soon) and will be recommending to family and friends.

I would highly recommend this body shop if you need any work done. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was finished on time. I would like to especially thank Daryl who handled my claim. His professionalism made the whole process as painless as possible! I would definitely bring my vehicle here if needed in the future.

I've used these guys for ICBC repairs numerous times and they do great work. I find like most folk you treat them with respect and they'll do the same with you.
